Not sure of her name, she’s a young Asian girl in her 20s. If you see her working do not request a sandwich from her. She’s the definition of not caring about your job. She rushes and doesn’t listen to a customer’s request. She looks at you and says “yeah okay” than does the complete opposite. Subway I suggest you do better. Hire better people that have a work ethic and isn’t just working to make the money but also enjoys the job to the slightest. This young Asian girl is a prime example as to why your food franchise at this location has such bad reviews.

where do I even start. I ordered a sandwich oven roasted chicken on flat bread. Asked for it to be toasted only for the worker to put it in the toaster and not set it up to heat. Pretended as if it was heating up but it wasn’t? Took a bite out of my sandwich and it was stone cold. Came back and he proceeds to put it in the microwave for so long that it over heated the veggies and made it soggy. Now I know why they have a 2.6 star review on google.
I went today to get a sandwich and I told the person who was helping me ( I think the owner ) that last time my sandwich was n’ait made correctly. He gave me a free sandwich. Thank you for caring for your customers. Definitely recommend and will go back! Thank you !

Ordered the #9 and got bacon instead of brisket and no bbq sauce. Felt like I was rushed out the door. They didn't even give me my receipt. I would have told them in person but they ignored me at the counter.They need to slow down and make sure they're making everything efficiently.

This experience was horrible. The people making sandwiches kept talking instead of taking peoples orders and messed up pretty much everyone’s order. I had 3 peoples food in the one order I made. They made 2 sandwiches and then before making my salad kept making everyone else’s food. Therefore my 2 sandwiches were sitting on the counter done for 10 minutes while no one was helping me finish my order.

I don’t usually review but the service was very poor, no pleasantries or conversation. The counter was messy even though I was the only customer. They were very stingy with all toppings and the did not have the proper scoop for avocado, they just used a little plastic spoon and scraped it flat to use as little as possible.

Not a great experience. The lady owner made my wife's sub so gast it was just thrown together. Nothing on it was uniform as when you bit it, everything was clumped. Sorry to state these facts, but it will hopefully lead to better experiences for
