Had a great experience at Subway today around 6 PM! The service was excellent — very friendly and efficient the guy staff there, i told him i will give him good reviews. Our food was fresh and delicious, exactly how we wanted it. Definitely one of the better Subway visits we've had. Keep up the great work!

Been waiting here for last 15-20 min just for foot long nachos, 15 of a family piled up in front of me , which i have no problem with its good business for them, but problem is just one guy dealing with him no other staff member is there.which took longer waiting times, please improve staff if you getting good business, dont ler your customer wait.

I recently visited Subway, and I have to say, it was a pretty solid experience. The menu offers a good variety of sandwiches, and I love that I can customize my order just the way I like it. I went for the classic Italian BMT this time, loaded with all my favorite toppings.

Subway is my favorite place to eat! Ingredients are always fresh and the bread is the best. I also like Subway because it's a healthy way of eating. Customer service is great. Everyone is attentive.

In store experience: 1. Vegetables like lettuce and tomatoes may be on the verge of rot. I had a sandwhich made a few times where the lettuce and tomatoe was rotten, often im already way too far to go back for a refund, i had many occasion where the tomatoes were rotten and the sandwhich was inedible, i have also since replaced lettuce with the spinach 2. The portions are cheap - everytime i ask for a handful of onions or spinach (my fav) they only put a tiny but, i have to tell them "can i have more, like much much more, like a handful? :D" and again they only put a tiny amount, i have to ask atleast 6 times to have the desired amount, its embarassing and awkward... 3. The sandwhich tastes so so soooooo good (when u dont have rotten vegetables lol), i love these sandwhiches so much
Online order: 1. I chose the option for extra pepper, onion and spinach (who would have guessed at this point.... lol) and even in the notes i specified i wanted "extra extraaa onion and spinach please :)" and again i was met with the bare minimum, not even a decent layer, i opened the sandwhich and found only a few strands of each.. its frustrating cuz i ordered online to pick up and eat at my location. Why is it so hard to give the customer veggies? I found myself avoiding subway now, i love the sandwhich but this keeps happening and stresses me when i order because i know ill have to fight for veggies or if i order online, ill have the bare minimum despite the additional extra note.. 2. The app is missing options, certain sandwhiches dont show up

During my visit to Subway, the experience was unfortunately disappointing. The food was not up to par, with bread that was cold and cookies that seemed to be from the day before. The service was OK, but did not make up for the weaknesses of the products. In addition, the general atmosphere of the restaurant was not very inviting. An improvement in the freshness of the ingredients and the atmosphere would be greatly appreciated.

This is serious. People's health could be at risk. This store do not care about health of people !!
To complain, when I asked the employee to give me contact of manager or head office, he said it is online. When I ask him to show me the complaint link he said, you don't know that "where are you from ?" the racist comment !! And on top he rudely said my manager will come on monday, come and meet him. Not even a single apologies. I had no option but to walkout from store.
They didn't even attempt to investigate right away into their toppings. They continued serving the customers. This food premises do not care about the health of people !! Check the cameras for proof !
