I had an excellent experience at Subway thanks to Arshia! From the moment I walked in, Arshia greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. They were patient, attentive, and really went the extra mile to make sure my order was perfect. The sandwich was made quickly, fresh, and exactly the way I wanted.
What stood out most was Arshia’s professionalism and friendliness—it truly made the visit enjoyable. It’s not every day you meet someone who takes such pride in their work and treats every customer with such care.
Subway is lucky to have Arshia on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family!

Arisha or whatever her name is, clearly hates her job. Her attitude and tone is very condescending. I asked her for a simple thing and she gave so much attitude. If you hate your job that much, just quit lol. People pay for their food, you should respect when someone asks you to change your gloves or some things they want on their veggies . I’m shocked how she’s still employed she gives subway a bad name. Never going back there.

The 2 ladies that were working there are unprofessional. They both used the same knife to cut all the sandwiches, even though they have many new ones available and should use a new knife for each sandwich. They also used the same gloves and touched all the meats while doing everyone’s orders. Not sure why the stinginess? If your kind is cheap, please don’t open a business…

Terrible service from East Indian-looking woman assistant, aged about 30, with glasses. Inexplicably hostile, rude, abrupt, cold and ill-mannered toward evening-time male customer on May 28, 2025. The two had never met before. The Subway at nearby Findlay Creek offers much better service.

I had a bad experience in this branch. I entered the branch today to buy my meal. The lady who attended me did not welcome me at all. From my part I said hi and inquired about the Nacho’s meal that the restaurant offers. After my first question about the meal she answered aggressively and then told me in a rude manner if I wanted the meal or no. I was so upset and decided to leave the restaurant and look for another restaurant with welcoming staff.
Put sauce on both subs and proceeded to ask mid way through if I wanted sauce on both. Newsflash, I did not.

Was waiting to order and the male of two staff, the other a female, went to wash his hands after checking out a previous customer; he went to the sink and put his hands under the water for about three seconds and dried off his hands, never using any soap…is this how staff are instructed to clean their hands? I told him he didn’t use soap to clean his hands after touching money while serving another customer and he looked at me confused. I will not patronize this location ever again. Disgusting!

It is wheelchair accessible, the staff are more than helpful. They're willing to even bring you're tray over to the table if you need it. There is accessible parking push button and ramp. Space between the doors is a little narrow. But once again, staff have always come right out when they can and if not, usually a customer will turn around and open the door if i'm having trouble. Best Subway in Ottawa outside of medical facilities.
