A healthy quick meal on the run. I wish they offered the breakfast sub all day. 2515 Bank in Metro Mall: Food is not fresh! I have an allergy to mold - I was in the bathroom within 15 min. Due to mold in food!

Disgusting customer service with rude staff. Before ordering online, i asked them if they can switch the bread choices and they agreed. And I ordered 2 foot longer subs online in store and asked to make some changes for bread choices, which they didn’t do and replied back very rudely. Customer service is very bad at this location and super rude staff.
I will recommend never to go for any sub at this location.

Terrible experience! The bread was as hard as a rock, and it seemed like it was from days ago. I ordered a Steak & Cheese sandwich, but it only had veggies—no steak, no cheese. The dining area was average, but the restroom, although it looked clean, had a very bad smell. Very disappointing!

Saturday July 13th just after 11:00pm I went into this Subway location. There was only one young woman all alone serving customers and filling Uber orders. I waited around 20min to order. This young woman was working so hard and fast to fill all the orders by herself. I don't know if there was anybody else there in the back with her but she was awesome and doing her best. I could tell she was struggling but everything went well. I think the rush ended as I left. The management of this store should commend her for her efforts. Give her a raise! She deserves it!!!!!
