The employees tell me there's nothing they can do and I cannot get the offer due to server issues. I told him so I should delete the app and not come to subway he laughed and said yes.

Ordered through the app, the subs were made sloppy, they were toasted when they shouldn’t have been and they forgot the 6 pack of cookies. Very disappointed, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. Will go to a different location in the future.
