Food is fine but their customer service is worst of worst..
The managers have to work on it.
I went 4 times there on all those days I got the same bad experience especially one employee with clean shave and little short .. he behaved like a racist to me. So I stopped to buy food from there
Worst case of customer service and management and one day I got old lettuce leaves also .

This Subway at Bayshore is one of the most expensive. I paid $12.89 for a foot long turkey sub. The same sub cost $10.29 at the Carlingwood Mall and $11.29 at the St-Laurent Shopping Centre.

Food is fine. But, they need to work on the customer service. All the workers and the supervisor look like they are not happy at their job. It makes you not want to return. They need to speak up louder if they wear a mask because it is very difficult to understand what they are saying. I rather drive to the Bells corners Subway because the workers there are nicer.

Last week I ordered veggies sandwiches around at 8 .30pm. one tattoo guy and Indian lady both work very fast and friendly.

Ordered two foot longs, waited 20 minutes for them to be prepared by a less than enthusiastic sandwich “artist”, paid $43 for the sandwiches + 6 cookies and was handed my purchase in a paper bag where the handles came off the second I picked it up.
Neither sandwich was made to the specifications given, I asked for the first one to be toasted, was told yes it was even though it never went anywhere near the oven. Apparently heating up the chicken counts as toasting. The second sandwich was asked to be made with the toppings as advertised (lettuce, pickles, crunchy onions, honey mustard & cuban sauce) but as I was asked to pay while it was being made I didn’t realize until I got home that my assumption that it wasn’t possible to screw up making something exactly as advertised was wrong as it had tomatoes, red onions, regular mustard and mayo on it instead.
I’ve had a properly made Cuban Crunch and it’s delicious. This atrocity went in the garbage half eaten.

Visited this location today, September 3 - This is the second time my mom and I try this subway location during our mall visits with my 5 month old and this is the second time the workers display horrible customer service. The employees look like they hate their job. We will be avoiding this place going forward. Definitely don’t recommend this location.

Bad Customer Service !!!
Last night I visited the store...there was white guy who served me and I don't know his name..very disappointed the way he served me. I was polite about my order and I simply told him about what I wanted and what not. All I wanna say is that he gives me very rude impressions and he was mumbling. So if you do not like your job then better find something else.

The person working there told us we were close (around 8:30)after 2-3 mins he started serving other people when I asked him why he was close to us he was rude. Which was not acceptable in the food-serving industry.

I stopped by this Subway restaurant on 3rd floor of Bayshore mall last Tuesday around 7:45pm. I ordered 2 #6 Series. The server was an Indian girl and she made my subs soggy with a lot of sauce and mayo. She also showed unfriendly and disrespectful through her facial expression when I ran into trouble with the payment and made a few others to wait.
