Was in the mall and decided to get Subway for lunch. My daughter is allergic to dairy and I am allergic to gluten. Lucas was working and didn't bat an eye at our weird requests. He went above and beyond what other Subways have done to ensure I didn't get bread crumbs on my food like pulling out the new lettuce container to grab lettuce from. Will definitely recommend to everyone.
Dietary restrictions: Subway has protocols in place for celiac and gluten insensitivity. They list all ingredients on their website. They have gluten free and dairy free options.

Everytime I come to this location inside the stlaurent mall, Josh the manager is super polite and friendly always listens to my request. Food and veggies are always fresh. Overall better than any subway in ottawa. Makes you always wanna eat here.

I have eaten here twice in the last two days while I am in Ottawa on business. Yesterday the sub and service was what you would expect. Today, the sub was surprisingly fresh, the staff very friendly, and they stuffed my sub full of veggies. I was impressed as I haven't seen this happen at a subway in years. I'd highly recommend this place if you happen to be at St. Laurent Shopping Mall.

I occasionally buy a sub at this location. I don't like sauces and mustard on my sub so I always ask that they use a clean knife to cut my sub. One small-minded employee there always makes a comment that all their knives are clean when we can clearly see some knives on the counter with food residue. Clean up your attitude boy. Be more polite with the customers.
