Awful location. One of the employees doesn’t put the right quantity of meat for a BMT until reminded. Same employee also constantly touches her face and hair with her gloved hand but doesn’t change her gloves. Gross. Same employee also leans over the sub when making it and has her shirt go right into the sub. When called out all you get is “oh sorry” but no offer to correct the issue. Gross.

Ordered online for pickup as we’re about a 5 minute walk from the mall. After getting home we found that the subs were made completely wrong, and the bread was hard and stale. It’s the mall so we weren’t that surprised, and walked back to get them remade.

The lady “Dee” working was extremely rude, saying that she didn’t make anything wrong. We brought back the subs to show her, and even after seeing that she was in the wrong, she was rude and told us she would give us a refund. We just wanted to food remade with fresh stuff, and she said we had to go to the back of the line behind a bunch of other people.

We settled for the refund and she only offered us cash, therefore wasting the points we also used towards the order.

Overall will not be returning, and HIGHLY recommend going to other stores nearby, or at least ordering in person so you can watch them make it.

I’ve worked in customer service a long time, and was honestly impressed at how badly this was handled.

*side note: they also had a piece of beef on my sub when I strictly do not eat beef, and we didn’t even bother to bring this up with how bad the service was.

My daughter and I ordered 3 different subs and the young lady was amazing ..she was patient with me as I struggled to hear and gave great service as well as make neat sandwiches! nothing messy... I had the Canuck Classic snd my girl ordered 2 Brisket Stampede

Just doesn’t get 5 stars because store asks for tip to pay their employees. Like we’re not already paying on the price. And the staff always look unhappy.
They make your food and do their job well. They just look completely sad.

Was in the mall and decided to get Subway for lunch. My daughter is allergic to dairy and I am allergic to gluten. Lucas was working and didn't bat an eye at our weird requests. He went above and beyond what other Subways have done to ensure I didn't get bread crumbs on my food like pulling out the new lettuce container to grab lettuce from. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Dietary restrictions: Subway has protocols in place for celiac and gluten insensitivity. They list all ingredients on their website. They have gluten free and dairy free options.
