Horrible horrible horrible!!
Ordered online and when I showed up in store with the confirmation number and banking info our order was nowhere to be found but the funds came out of our bank. Had to fight the bank tk get it back and never did. Person working was lost and said she cant help us. Horrible app and horrible customer service at this location.

When you think of food chains you would assume that they are all created equal - and while that is true and needed for good measure, some step up and deliver over and above those standards. This Subway is one of those where everything is more than 5 stars - from the freshness of the produce to the friendly team making your subs (and keen to give you recommendations and make it special for you), and from the cleanliness of the store to the wide range of options on offer - this store isn't created equal with others - it's been given an extra sprinkling of magic dust and it sure is going to make your experience memorable! Being so close to Shankman - it's very convenient for those days when you are there to attend a show or expo.
I am surprised with my own review of the place for it's just a subway - but this one isn't - take my word for it. 😊

Staff are incredibly friendly (Gauri especially), food is great, service is perfect. Lovely to stop by on my lunch breaks. All in all I’d recommend :)
