I love coming to this Subway because the staff are always friendly and efficient. On my recent visit, Gauri assisted me with my order, and she was incredibly kind and detail-oriented. The sandwich was made exactly how I like it, and her cheerful nature made my day.

I visited the store after a long time and noticed that the staff are the same and were very welcoming. I had a delicious veggie sandwich, and all my requests were taken into account. The store is very clean and spacious, and I would love to visit it more often.

It's a good place, people are friendly but the cookies are always cooked to a crisp and the bread is often overcooked making it very hard

Have gone here 3 times, and each time the lettuce is starting to go brown and rotten. They pre chop way too much lettuce. Won't be going here again.

Avoid this subway at all costs. Ordered through the app and after 20 min the order wasn’t even started. One staff working and handling cash and food and not washing hands. This place should be closed . It’s that bad!

Had as good of an experience as a Subway can offer. Sub was loaded with lots of meat and ingredients tasted fresh.

So, I'm going to tell you something amazing. I was in a Subway with a group of 20-25 kids,I'm a teacher, and we were in Ottawa for a festival. The girl working there, I think her name was Gauri, was already starting to close up. We got there maybe 10 minutes before closing, but she still served all of us. It was so great! She probably had to redo all the closing tasks because of us. Usually, I've had the opposite experience. We went to a Subway once before, and the staff refused to serve us because they were closing soon. So, I'm really happy this Subway had such great staff; it's good for business! I was going to tip her, but I forgot. I remember her name, though. We were on our way back from Quebec. Thanks to Subway and that girl for making dinner for us and letting us eat. The service was so good! And one more thing – the girl was working all alone.

We had a fantastic experience at this Subway location today! Ordered ahead and was ready on time, my son found his meal not to his taste and the staff were kind enough to make him another sandwich. Restaurant was very clean and welcoming, our favourite location!

I have never been on that day i was very hungry and my day was shit!! But i ask one of the artistry what can you make to make my day good .
She prepare a very good tandoori chichken rice bowl that i like the most. Cleaniness was amazing place was cool .

Best subway ever I had in ottawa• I visited subway i had the meatball sub and it was absolutely delicious, and covered in a rich sauce moreover the best part was that my friend gauri was working there ans she was super friendly and I highly recommend the meatballs sub especially if you are in the mood for something flavourful •
