Tonight I went to Subway as a customer. A very bad girl answered my order very late. Very dirty. A very bad girl. I do not recommend coming here at all.

Went out for a quick washroom, guy told me it’s only for customers. I don’t think it is a very good thing to do. I always buy from subway and none is like this. Not coming back again.

I did not appreciate one of the workers there I literally went there four times this week for lunch and today when I went in and asked to use the washroom before I ordered I was told the washroom is only for paying customers and I let them know that I will be getting something to eat but I really just need to washroom first they wanted me to pay first and when I refuse to pay first and asked to use the washroom she refused again and I said I wouldn't eat there again and they said that's fine without a care.
On the other hand the previous visits were very pleasant the other workers were really kind and did a really good job.

I order veggie patty online, they did not had it instead they offered veggie delight. I said okk but they even did not put all veggies properly , cheese was missing , no crispy onion , no spinach which I added into order.
If you can’t afford to offer replacement plz cancel order….

Frequent this location quite often, suddenly telling me they won't bag my sub unless I buy a bag, ridiculous, will gladly start walking to other locations before I pay to have my food bagged.

Would not recommend this Subway. They wanted to charge me extra for mayo. Then I agreed to pay extra, and then they said they could not do that. Unpleasant customer service.

I understand the whole lock and key for the bathrooms, but it's really annoying when I want to use the washroom before BUYING my food, and theres some sort of interrogation in front of a room full of customers.
