I understand the whole lock and key for the bathrooms, but it's really annoying when I want to use the washroom before BUYING my food, and theres some sort of interrogation in front of a room full of customers.

The worst Subway I have ever visited. The bread was stale, and three of the fountain drinks were unavailable. Hand sanitiser empty. Server passed me the key for the toilet and then went back to food prep without changing gloves. Definitely not recommended.

most proper subway sandwich artists ive ever encountered, sketchy place but it’s downtown what do we expect, i just can’t imagine how busy this place gets during rush hour as it seems to only accommodate six diners but i guess most customers go back to their office after ordering.

Incompetent service and terrible, stingy food at this location.
I visited this particular Subway because my usual Subway in Minto place was closed, and I was shocked at the difference in quality and service. Firstly, I asked for a basic sandwich with “whatever normally comes on it” and had to reiterate that point at least 5 times during the interaction. I was exhausted and didn’t want to choose my ingredients, hence why I selected a pre-built option and made it clear to just make the sandwich to spec. Echoing other reviews, the quantity of ingredients was beyond minuscule (less than half(!) what I normally get at Minto place). The vegetables were soggy and disgusting, and the bread was weirdly flat and moist. It was even cut poorly, with one “half” comprising over 3/4 of the total sandwich. Just terrible, and an egregious waste of $17

Regular Subway. Services were quick during lunchtime, and they are not too stingy with the free toppings like some other branches I’ve been to.
Keeping in mind this is a Subway, I’ve been coming here for months and it’s always been consistent. Workers always do a great job.

Only went to buy a drink and get my friend lunch. The location seems a bit small and to be honest was a bit of a walk from the convention I was at for being the only open location since the closer ones were closed

Probably the WORST subway I have ever been too. The meat had crusty edges like it was sitting on the counter all day. I honestly had half and threw the rest away.
Edited: Manager for this location tried to appologize for my review but instead thought i was talking about BREAD?? no sir.. I was talking about your stale MEAT on your counter. Just goes to show you that even management at this store does not care. Stay away from this location folks!!
