I visited this subway waters location on Saturday 27th for lunch and was helped by Riya. She provided excellent service, very friendly, efficient, and attentive. She made sure everything was prepared just the way I liked, and her positive attitude made the experience even better. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and such professionalism.

But honestly, Ryia is the best part. is always super nice, remembers my face and my order every time, and always has a smile. Makes coming here feel like more than just grabbing lunch. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the manager for two weeks now no one calls me back. They have all taken my name and number down to give me a call have not gotten a call. I don’t understand how hard it is to read descriptions when it says toasted and sauce on side, so that my sandwich isn’t a soggy Mush when it arrives at my location love being told I can come in at 10 PM to get a sandwich remade and they are closed. Absolutely horrible location terrible customer service.

This store was dirty, not clean and the employees literally just brushed the table off onto the floor. The food was good though they didn't have green olives or spinach and their lettuce wasn't that appealing. Their drink machine was so dirty and sticky. There was even a bottle.of pop under their cooler. Shows how little they clean and they don't take pride in their restaurant.

Usually I really enjoy coming to this subway however today (Saturday April 19) I came in and asked for 2 gluten free subs. I was asked if I wouldn’t mind letting her finish the subs in front of me since they were gluten subs, which I had no problem with. However, she then asked me to let the customers waiting BEHIND me go ahead of me so she didn’t have to change her gloves. Very disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location again.
It's such a very bad experience today. Sunday 30, march at 3:05 pm in evening time, a girl employe behave very rudely.its zero customers service

I've been picking up meals from here once a week for a year now. The food has been great and the service has been even better. I refuse to leave tips when I pick up take out but eventually I started leaving tips each time because they're service has been so great.
