I've been picking up meals from here once a week for a year now. The food has been great and the service has been even better. I refuse to leave tips when I pick up take out but eventually I started leaving tips each time because they're service has been so great.

I am buy the veggie rape he ask me about everything like bread,cheese , veggies & sauce & give in to me an am eat first bite and am not find the veggie patty inside the sandwich and am in the veggie patty o the sandwich his tell me have not veggie patty available in the store & ask the sorry am nothing do anything now that's not a good way am not satisfied employee reply am very disappointed by subway

I've been going to this location because my mom and brother got sick off the subway at Innes and Tenth. They seemed ok, but today I ordered a 6inch meetball, and half the meetbals were crispy overcooked and tasted disgusting. Never going back. Might never go back to any subway now. I'm that disappointed.

The worst location in orleans don't go there, bad food bad service and they don't care about customer satisfaction..I ordered food it arrived cold and missing 2 items, and the meat balls were hard and dry, it was so hard to shew them, it hurts my tooth, I threw the food away, I contacted customer service website 3 times for that matter, but no one reply to me . Very bad experience, I will never go back there again.

The food was amazingly delicious and the atmosphere was pleasing, but most of all, the person who was serving us was nice and offered delightful service, on the Saturday morning we came he saved us time as well. Thank you!
I’ve been to this subway a few times I have no issues until it’s the evening. This one worker named Smitt looks very depressed and is very rude. Slaps the food and it’s very aggressive. Very unpleasant and wouldn’t talk for basic customer service. At lease have a fake smile and use simple words

Terrible experience at this location. Sandwich artist was rude. Flies all over the bread, deli meat and toppings. Worker was cognizant I was aware of the bugs and asked me to leave if I wasn't comfortable. Super gross. I left the Sandwich and Buzzzed off!!!
