Even after being toasted, the bread for both subs (Veggie Delight and Sweet Onion Teriyaki) were tough (might have been stale - I went at 5PM on a Thursday). Server was quite stingy with the toppings and sauces. With the lack of toppings both subs looked flattened and were the saddest looking subs we’ve ever ordered. Each bite felt dry and like tearing into a pieces of cardboard. One of the worst locations I’ve been to.

Got a sub here yesterday and got food poisoning from it. It’s the only thing I ate out of the ordinary yesterday. I noticed the girls bracelet dangling and touching everything. It was a rope type bracelet that doesn’t come off….. you can fill in the blanks.. 🤢

Came from other location down the street and same issue as the other. Many products I wanted were out of stock. Capicollo could not be substituted with pepperoni. Pop machine was out of service so they forced to pay extra for bottled drink in a combo.
Location secretly charges $0.19 bag fee per customer. You only see this if you ask for a receipt. I didn't need a bag, but was given one anyways.
A few weeks ago I placed a catering order for 11 lunch boxes for a corporate event. This was the only location that accepted it and gave me the confidence that they would take care of everything and they did. The service was incredible and fast. Highly recommended.
