The actual worst subway in Orleans. I had an issue where my online order was cancelled but the payment was already processed. I asked the person working if they had a customer contact centre I could reach out to and they said yes so I asked for the phone number and he told me to Google it!! I was shocked.. I understand this information is available online but the customer service/care clearly does not exist at this location. It’s such a futile piece of information to carry to assist your customer..

I visit this Subway almost daily because I love the food. However, I’ve had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members who wears an earring. His behavior comes across as rude and unwelcoming. For instance, when I ask for multiple sauces or veggies, he seems impatient and gives off a vibe like he wants to finish my order quickly.
What’s more upsetting is that I’ve noticed he behaves very politely with Canadian customers but not the same with me. As an Indian, this makes me feel discriminated against, and I find his attitude unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures all customers are treated with equal respect.”

I come here for food often as oys one of the only places to eat in the middle of the night. The night guy is awesome, I've been served by him for years now and he's always friendly and helpful. He takes the time to tell me about anything new and alway helps me to get the best discounts.

I had terrible experience at this location. I ordered sandwich and a cookie online. When I picked up my order I specifically asked if the cookie was in there or not and was told that everything’s in the bag. When I reached home there was no cookie in the bag and quality of the sandwich was poor as well. Sandwich wasn’t prepared as per the instructions and toppings were also missing. Won’t recommend this store.

Updated review: online orders are made with no accuracy or care! Ever since owners and staff have been completely shuffled, quality and service has gone DOWN. Dirty entrance, poor portions, unfriendly service and inconsistent product. This location is a disgrace to other subways. I’d recommend the trim&innes location instead!!

Went in and asked about Celiac Protocols. Was informed that they had GF bread, but would not get fresh ingredients. I explained that the ingredients they have out are not safe, as there is cross contamination from them handling the bread and the ingredients wearing the same gloves. They simply replied it is not something they were willing to accommodate. Went to the location at Trim and Innes, where they followed safe Protocols.
Dietary restrictions: Will not follow Celiac Protocols.
