Myself and the family have ordered subway here each day in June. 5 days and counting. Brad has been doing a great job, and the subs have been fantastic. Very welcoming and helpful.
we've had some issues with the subway app, but otherwise the staff and food have been really strong.

Best subway I have ever been to handsdown. The person who works friday nights is so charismatic and really cares about delivering good food. 10000% that guy deserves a raise, he's working hard and gave us two great sandwiches.

Online, they advertise $3 off a sub. I go i to the store and ask the guy, and he's too busy to answer.
I try to order online, and it says this store is a participating location, however, when checking out, there's no discount.

The caucasian guy at the counter was so rude and racist waiting for my pregnant wife and I to choose the sandwich. I would never recommend buying from this restaurant ever again.
Got the rotisserie chicken sub. Aman was the person making my sub and she did a great job! Mark cashed me out and he also provided good service. Sub was delicious!! it took me about an hour to get home, but when i ate it it still tasted great and fresh.

Ordered online through the app. Was 2 veggie patty subs under the 17.99 for 2 BYO subs. They don’t like customers who have offers with them. Staff treats these customers like they are having pity on them.
1) The amount of lettuce was shameful. I’ve ordered from other subways before, they always cover the bottom half of the sandwich with lettuce. But the lettuce I got was nowhere near it.
2) I requested them via instructions to add jalapeños, but they didn’t. There were some other veggies missing as well, no olives, no pickles, no spinach!!!!! If there was one topping missing, I wouldn’t bother putting the review. But they made me add a review.
3) There was a small thin hair on the bread as seen in the picture. My son saw it and had to throw that half of the sandwich away.
Absolutely disgusting service. I only went there because they had better reviews than other subways in the area. But this was the first and last time I went there. The one in the bayshore mall food court is better than this location! A No-Go location!!!
