Being a client from this location for almost a year and ordering at least twice a month I can say how awful the overall experience is:
They use almost no meat in their sandwiches, the guy’s attitude is terrible, you can not even talk to him for anything and they will never let us use their washroom (which is for clients)

The behavior of your staff is very bad, and showing attitude while placing order. Especially the boy was working on 16th oct morning. He is very unresponsive and showing bad attitude.

This Subway location charges significantly more than others in the city, and if you head down the road, you’ll find much better prices at a different Subway Additionally, they tend to skimp on toppings, almost as if they’d prefer to serve just the bread. Another customer as well made a comment on her sub barely having any meat

I give this place 5 stars. Although I did not appreciate how the lady talked to me in a rude tone she literally said “He just said we ran out of cheddar” when I couldn’t understand what he was saying because one it’s in the mall and it’s loud. I have no problems with this employee but I do think her boss should have a talk with her about being nicer. I explained that I couldn’t hear him and she was extremely rude about it. You know who you are and you could’ve said it in a nicer tone. That is not how you treat someone when they walk into your establishment unless they’re being rude you have no right to start being sassy. I will continue to go here but next time I do expect that you be more patient and polite.

Stopped in on my way out of the mall. The restaurant is small with minimal seating. Service was straightforward and to the point. When paying there were two notifications going off continuously. I assume these were food orders, but the one at cash was extremely loud. My sandwich was excellent but the fountain drink was flat and tasteless.
