Sweetest lady at the front, taking care of customers at lightning speed while being extremely attentive and respectful towards them. In comparison to the other subway locations in ottawa, this is my go-to location moving forwards and the key factor was how friendly the staff was!

By far the worst Subway I’ve been to. Every time I go, I swear I’m not going to go back, but after my last experience, I’m really not going back!
The staff that work there - especially the girl during the day - are so beyond miserable, it’s painful to order a sandwich. They’re extremely impatient if you don’t spit out your sandwich toppings at lightening speed, barking ‘what else????’ before you’ve had a chance to finish saying tomato. The worst part, possibly, is how unbelievably stingy they are. I realize that they’re only supposed to put 4 olives or so on a 6 inch sub, but when I ask for more, I get literally one or two more measly olives, and am met with a rude sigh when I ask for yet more olives, which are then thrown on the sub messily. Clearly making a statement that they’re not happy with you asking for more. And the crispy onions? Forget about it, they act as if they’re gold nuggets coming out of their own pocket. If you are this miserable, you really shouldn’t be working in the food service industry.
Not a chance on this planet I’ll return to this location. Which is a bummer, because it’s the only Subway close to me.

What brings me back to this restaurant is the fact that they make an effort to connect with their customers.
