Wanted to grab a sub and hour before they closed, as soon as I went in I could tell they were mad to get another guest an hour before close so I left because they made me feel uncomfortable. Might need customer service training

I take a sub with No Cheese, and then he puts very little lettuce, and when I ask to put a little more... he gives you attitude. He always tries to give very little.

I am pregnant women, at the night I walking by this subway , I not feeling well, I came in and asked for the washroom, and the Chinese man said he not have the key and I saw 2 washroom available , I wondering does he know the rule in Canada? Bad attitude!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered two footlongs and politely asked the staff to pack one of them as two 6-inch subs. Instead of doing so, the employee responded rudely and handed me wrapping paper, telling me to do it myself.

On top of that, I noticed that the same pair of gloves was used to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian subs, which is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. There was no change of gloves between orders, raising serious concerns about food safety and cross-contamination.

This level of service is not what I expect from Subway. Very unprofessional and unsanitary.

I ordered my food at 6:05 PM. Was told food would be ready by 6:25. Showed up at 6:23pm and the food said it was ready. The food had not even been started. The guy who was stuck working alone didn’t even start our food at this point. He kept serving customers in line even after I asked him about the status of our. Order. He just said “I haven’t started it yet.” And then he printed the receipt
to start making it and then proceed to start making food for literally 5 other people that just showed up in line. This has has happened twice here. The food is never ready and this guy is always alone. Not really his fault but learn to prioritize your orders. Shouldn’t have to wait AN HOUR for pickup order when it said it was already ready.

Owner only has one person working at a time. Waited over 45mins for a mobile order to be made. Not the employee's fault that it was busy, however they kept pushing our mobile order back because the line kept growing. People who entered the store after us were served long before they were able to even start on our mobile order.
If the owner reads this, it's incredibly difficult for your employees when you only have one working at a time. It frustrates customers because it takes forever to serve us. Do better for your staff and customers.

Washroom door locked and unavailable to the public. There is no where to wash my hands or go to the toilet in the restaurant. They told me to use the mall one as the key was locked inside ... What if someone had fainted in there? They should have a spare key

Not often I leave reviews any more but I ordered off skip when it came I got an extra lil surprise in my order!! It honestly made my day after earlier unrelated events thank you to whoever made my order I honestly appreciate that!! Much love!!

Being a client from this location for almost a year and ordering at least twice a month I can say how awful the overall experience is:

They use almost no meat in their sandwiches, the guy’s attitude is terrible, you can not even talk to him for anything and they will never let us use their washroom (which is for clients)

The behavior of your staff is very bad, and showing attitude while placing order. Especially the boy was working on 16th oct morning. He is very unresponsive and showing bad attitude.
