I visited there for my subway sandwich near around 8:20pm, 04/02/24 .the asian team member asked me to leave the place and wait at mall area because he wanted to sweep the dinning area in a rude manner.I understand the cleaning policy of the restaurant but it is ridiculous towards customers. Kindly focus over customer services

Very bad ambience with the customer. Staff very rude with the customer, ordered two subs didn't put sauces in the sub. Subs were vegetarian and on requesting didn't change the gloves. Not recommended for visiting the store

Google said this place opens at 9am i came in at 9am and the Asian guy working was standing looking outside. Nothing was put out. I asked if I can order and he said they’re not open right now. I said Google says it opens at 9am and not only that, the sign on the door literally says opens at 9am. He said it will be 20 min. By that time there was a lineup of customers waiting….

This store refused my coupon and came up with an excuse as to why my selection doesn't apply. I got a regular sub nothing on the premium or limited time menu. After looking into it realized my selection does apply.After reaching back out to the store only got an apology and was given some random explanation that has nothing to do with the issue at hand.

Went in on a Sunday morning here and the Asian gentleman serving this location was extremely rude and gave me attitude when I asked him to split my sandwich on halves, and I quote: "why are you not telling me this before?" Then he rolled up his eyes and went to cut the sandwich like if it was a tragedy. Then bluntly shout at me if I need bags because he will have to charge me. What kind of people are you employing in this place? You may want to reprehend this person or pull him away from a customer service environment because he is making your food chain look really bad. Not coming back to this place ever again

If you’re looking to use a Subway coupon, do not go to this location. They don’t honour the coupons, I purchased a cold cut, tuna and grilled chicken, looking to use the 3 classic footlong for 25.99$ and the girl would not honour it. Said the grilled chicken not part of the classic sandwiches, but just last week I ordered 3 grilled chicken footlong at another location and they honoured the 25.99$ coupon. It is even on the subway app as a classic sandwich. Then she proceeded to say that the grilled chicken is not on they’re menu, i don’t understand why she needs to lie, they wouldn’t have it if it wasn’t on they’re menu! Got charged full price for each sandwich… never going back to this location, what a rip off!

I would give them a zero if that was possible. I feel like the owners make the sandwiches and they dress the sandwiches with just tiny droplets of sauces. Sometimes, I have to look for cheese in my sandwiches and often times, I just find a slice or two in a footlong. They have paper bags but they never give them out for takeouts. I usually get two foot longs and I have to carry them in my hands without any bags. Whenever I ask for bags, the owner says that she’ll have to charge me for it. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been too. My review is not based on a single experience, all of the things that I mentioned are constant every time I visit. If anyone wants to get a subway sandwich within this area then I’d suggest 1523 Merivale road which is a few hundred metres away and far better from this one.

Please be aware that this location is wrongfully charging the customers. If you order a veggie patty sub, they will charge your for a green goddess. As a justification they will reply that our owner has asked us to charge this price because our rent is high. When it comes to quantity, you can expect as little as just touching a topping on the bread. I had complained to the head office and in response they offered 4 free cookies. There was no acceptance of their malpractices or even an apology in the email. Please don’t support a business who is stealing money from customers.
