Absolutely terrible service. The staff here clearly don’t know how to take a simple order. Not only did they mess it up the first time, but when I tried to get it corrected, they acted like it was my fault and said there was nothing they could do. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. If you want your order done right—or any kind of decent customer service—go somewhere else.

One of the worst franchise locations that I have ever stepped foot into I ordered a foot long cold cut with directions to put onion and green peppers on before toasting it they put the sun in while I was ordering a second sub and when it came out there were no onions or peppers on it when I brought it to the attention of the sales person at the counter all they said was “it won’t happen next time but you’ll have to pay this one” so now I have to pay for food that was incorrectly put together and does not meet what I ordered

Today I visited this Subway location to order three foot-long sandwiches, as I normally do. After the sandwiches were prepared, I politely asked the staff to wrap each 6-inch half separately. The employee told me he would charge an extra $2 because he was “busy today,” even though there were only two people waiting behind me.
He said I could either pay the extra $2 to have each 6-inch wrapped or he would only wrap each full foot-long. This has never happened to me at any other Subway location, where staff are usually happy to assist with this simple request without extra charges.
Because of this experience, I chose not to complete my order.

My son picked up the chicken sandwich from you and now were dealing with food poising .it is your location that did this as he had not eaten anything all day but your sub . I will be reporting you to the city of ottawa ! Public health . This is unacceptable !
