Was excited to try the footlong cookie and footlong pretzel for the Super Bowl. I went by a couple hours ago around 11/12 to be on time so they would have a good supply. I asked for it and they said they don’t have them. It’s in the menu, I see the ads. So just picked some soft pretzels up from independent. Don’t want to be negative but when it’s advertised so much you expect things to be ready for the big game.

Never a dull moment with sub ! Whenever I feel hungry and don’t want to cook, the first thing I think about is sub. I just love the all veggies and sauces the put and make it tasty. I have eaten and many locations of subway and I almost found all good. Recently, I also got a free chocolate chip cookie from subway on my birthday.

The thing that I most like was the service. I came close to 11 pm and just one person was there and his name is Nathan, I memorize just to came here to say that he was doing an amazing job managing everything by himself, he is very polite and very professional.

Not only did he ensure that my meal was prepared exactly as requested, but he also provided friendly and efficient service despite the late hour.

I went yesterday night there, there was one employee working in the night, around 10pm tall guy with glasses. Super friendly, it was a new menu since I last had subway. He was so patient in explaining everything, and he recommended me something called Brisket, and it was delicious, definitely worth going here. Amazing customer service.
The Subway franchisers need to recall them to the headquarter, and retrain them. They are unprofessional , not clean, and don’t rab the food and drinks probably. Why? Because of saving money. I don’t recommend them.
