I went yesterday night there, there was one employee working in the night, around 10pm tall guy with glasses. Super friendly, it was a new menu since I last had subway. He was so patient in explaining everything, and he recommended me something called Brisket, and it was delicious, definitely worth going here. Amazing customer service.

Went for lunch today. The service was fast, but I especially like the attention to details of the casier, like writing my kid's name on their meal. I also wanted to know different combo prices vs kids meal, and they were very nice at telling me, to match my budget. Those subs were toasted ham \\u0026 turkey on white bread, and it was really good!

This is obviously the best subway in the Stittsville area. I have been to every other subway around but wasn’t any better than this one. Good quality and importantly nice staff is another reason for me to be a regular customer here.
The bread was sopping wet inside because the turkey was so wet. Absolutely disgusting. We ended up having to throw out dinner.

We ordered 3 sandwiches off the app & there was at least one issue with each sub. One was on the wrong bread, one was missing the mayo but added unwanted tomatoes and the last was missing the mayo and the bacon was burnt. One positive though … the order was ready on time

The Subway franchisers need to recall them to the headquarter, and retrain them. They are unprofessional , not clean, and don’t rab the food and drinks probably. Why? Because of saving money. I don’t recommend them.

Just moved to stittsville and this is by far the best subway I have been to in the last 5 years. Staff are amazing, super friendly, very fast and they make subs like true artists. It was the best experience in a subway in a very long time. Have already come back twice this week. Owner should be very proud !! If I could give 6 stars I would.

Sandwich artist are so friendly and Welcoming.Hygiene level in this store is top notch and even their great customer service. One of the best thing I liked is about breads, which always fresh at this location. I highly recommend to visit this store and try their menus.
