First time ordering here. I always go to the one on river road but they skimp on the toppings every time I go, so I decided to try out this one instead.I didn't like the Indian woman that was working there, she was grumpy and didn't care about customer service.Also when I told her that I want extra ranch she said that they have a limit on how much sauce the have to put in a sandwich ?What kind of answer is that? I asked just because I know that they won't put enough for me to taste it.And in fact. My sandwich was super dry.I ate my footlong and I was still hungry!!They barely put any toppings. I had like 2 leaves of spinach!!! A few tomato slices and barely any cucumbers. And they were cut extremely thin that they were transparent.First and last time coming here.I'll try the subway on Strandherd.

This is the best subway I’ve ever been to! When I worked in the plaza I would go everyday on my break and became good friends with the super kind owner.She learned my order and was always a pleasure to talk with, definitely will be what I miss most about working in the plaza.

The staff at this location are very nice, friendly, and cooperative. If you happen to be in the Urbandale Plaza and craving sandwiches, head to Subway!!

Went in today just before noon hour. One staff member working, and working her butt off for the line of us there. She kept looking at the clock so I asked if she was expecting some help at noon and she said she was suppose to have help at 11:30 but had no idea where her coworker was. Anyways, she ran her behind off, apologizing (for nothing that was her fault) and with a smile and friendly demeanour. I just wanted to thank her for an awesome job under a lotOf stress and keeping her cool and composure. Not a single person while I I as there complained simply because of her attitude (and I dined in to make sure). Great job, thanks again :)

Highly recommended❤️ The owner was extremely friendly and waiting for me until I got there.(I didn’t know that it is closed earlier. I ordered the sandwich through Subway app and drove there) But he welcomed me and the sandwich was really awesome!??
