Got my sandwich in bad shape and bit into a clear piece of plastic at the very end of the sandwich. Quality control needs work.

one of the possibly worst places to eat downtown- grimy, poor quality food, tastes more like a literal subway i found on a train station sandwich then a Subway Sandwich
This location is a bit busier during lunch hour. I sometimes order on the app to skip the line. My food is always fresh and ready within a proper period of time. The Asian staff is very friendly and helpful.

Poor food quality, service is extremely slow, everything at this place is at least a dollar more expensive than anywhere else in the city. Want to order a steak and egg sandwich? Well that's an extra dollar because there's eggs, I'm extra dollar because the sandwich has extra cheese and another extra dollar because it's a footlong.

Staff was super nice and when I noticed an issue with my order they insisted on fixing it even though it was in the middle of the lunch rush, amazing staff!
I found this Subway to be super disgusting. Do NOT order food from here, besides the quality of the food being poor, the hygiene of the staff was atrocious. The guy serving me clearly had a cold and was continually wiping his nose on his sleeve while he made my sandwich. I asked for a wrap, they had NO wraps. This was at 11:45 am. Ordered a vegetarian on whole wheat, the lettuce was brown and the spinach was rotting so I went with cucumber, green pepper and tomato. It is the most dismal sub I have ever ordered. The guy who made my sandwich was difficult to understand, his accent was very thick and he was clearly stuffed up with a cold or flu or something. He didn't offer me a bag for my sandwich and was super rude, didn't say thank you and I felt like I was imposing on him. Terrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER food from this establishment. Couldn't bring myself to eat the sandwich and threw it in the garbage. Waste of time and money. My question is, how on earth does Subway allow this place to continue serving the public when this location clearly doesn't measure up to Subway standards. Such a shame, this location is giving Subway a really bad name.
Due to the current pandemic the place operates with one lone employee. Presently the food court is undergoing renovations, raising a lot of dust in the evening. The protective plastic sheet above the restaurant is never brought down, so the dust travels within the storefront in the evening when it’s closed.Furthermore the employee leaves her post without her face mask on to go to the bathroom.

Very bad service. Asked for salt and pepper and she said I put some when I seen she didn't. They dont even give bags to pit sub in. Not like we are eating inside with pandemic going on!. Server did not look happy to actually work!
Awful location. Used to be a great stop. Only open 4 hours a day now for pandemic, but will close 15 mins early. Example October 21 closed 1:45 instead of two. Employee did not seem to even care that a customer was there as he locked the gate early. Need to update their hours and then follow them.

Service went down hill fast with change of management. Won't be going back. Oh, and guy at cash licking his fingers to separate the bags....ugh...
Poorly put together, made with haste.
stopped in for lunch after a business meeting downtown, average for a Subway restaurant as they have specific formula and produce for their sandwiches
Cookies are regularly overcooked.
