I arrived at 10:30, and the same employee told me he didn’t have the order and that I had to wait until 11:15 for it to be prepared… and that’s exactly what happened—he didn’t give it to me! Incredible, even though I showed him the email proving the order was paid. To top it off, at the end he told me: ‘you never come back again…’”

Store is very dirty. Lots of flies throughout the store including the area where sandwich is assembled. The broken glass countertop that is covering the ingredients is a health hazard. Ottawa health should pay a visit.

I have purchased lunch here numerous times over the past year. There is no fountain drink machine; it has been out-of-order for as long as I can remember. While the sandwiches are basically what you expect from a Subway, the lack of cleanliness is the real problem. This week, it was so bad that I walked in and walked out without buying lunch for the first time, after seeing the state of the floor -- dirt, food, litter, and debris everywhere. If the floor looks like that, what's the state of the kitchen?

This place has amazing food for a cheap price, my six inch sandwich with almost everything was 7 dollars and was served quickly, staff were also understanding and patient when making topping choices.

Went in at around 6pm as I was waiting for a appointment no customers. Only got cookies and a drink girl who served me was extremely rude , rolled her eyes and signed enough that I could hear it when I said I had my membership card which she has to cancel the transaction to allow me to scan. Then proceeded to just stare at me like something was wrong. I then got my drink and realized no napkins had been given . I waited by the cash because the girl who served me walked to the back and her partner was in the back as well. Got my napkins and could hear her mention about my order . No have a good day or enjoy was even mentioned and as I left she stared at me angrily.. I agree with other reviews about this location horrible service and this is not my 1st time with this type of service from this location.
