Usually when I go to a fast food place or any business in the city of Ottawa I expect the employees to understand an speak SOME english... But apparently you can work anywhere in this city without actually speaking english it seems... I should not need another customer who THANKFULLY happened to be in the subway overhearing the interaction to offer translation to hindi as the girl behind the counter didn't speak a WORD of english... How is she expected to provide proper customer service without it? I shouldn't have to forgo items on my sub or not get it how I want simply cause the person making my sub can't understand me... Unacceptable for a business in Ottawa...

On Wednesday at 10h16 i was in the store talking to someone named daniel smith he told me im not gonna serve and the prepare the sandwich unless if you pay first and whenever i go to another another store they prepare the food then i pay and o feel like a this kinda racism and really disappointed i would never go to this store

The I ordered for a southwest steak avocado meal and trust me it wasn’t eatable plus the quality of rice isn’t good as well. I literally had to throw all the food away

I walked in on a Wednesday evening about 7:15, no one else was in the store. I ordered a BLT sidekick sandwich. I was then told by the employee on duty that I was only allowed 2 vegatables and 1 sauce on my sandwich. I said since when? Every other subway I go to allows me to get the veggies I want... Lettuce tomato and pickles. The employee informed me it was the Owners rules. I then asked for the owners name and was told by the employee he didn't have to tell me anything. Shocked, I said never mind and then again asked for both the owners name and the employee's name, when the employee again said he didn't have to tell me anything. I left the establishment and sat outside writing this review. The employee then came out of the store and told me he would give me more vegetables on my sandwich but he didn't know the owners name... And still refused to give me his own name. Not only have I been to at least 10 different subways in Ottawa and have always been given my choice of veggies and sauces, I worked for subway for many years and KNOW this is NOT how you treat customers. So if you're in the mood for subway, and not hungry enough for a 6 inch or foot long, be sure to SKIP this location as they prioritize profit over customers... The whole reason they make any profit.

I usually don't expect much from Subway or any other fast foods but only that meat should be cooked/clean produces. I received my Tandoori Chicken sub RAW. It's a massive health safety issue. I was refunded by Skip app but I'd rather let people know. It's not just an issue of taste - it's a safety problem particularly with the Bird Flu around the corner!
Sunday at 5:50 pm 20_10_2004 I ordered meat ball he gave me meat balla with pepperoni on it and I don't eat popprony I have allergies. He charge me 15.25$. he didn't give me back my change for met ball price.he so cheap never go back this store on414 bank st ottawa
