I ordered a FOOTLONG #21 TANDOORI-SPICED MOZZA and FOOTLONG #24 CHIMICHURRI VEGGIE online for $22.88. However, I received a completely different order for CHIMICHURRI, along with a note from the restaurant saying that the veggie patties were out of stock and they substituted with a veggie delight. I wasn't informed about this substitution, and it's something I don't eat. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, the person I spoke with was very rude and dismissive, telling me to accept it since I ordered during a promotional offer. This behavior is unacceptable, and I would like a refund for the incorrect order. Please also pass on feedback regarding the rude treatment I received from the restaurant staff.

Service is fast and friendly. Staff is on the ball, knowledgeable and good at making the food and keeping the store clean.The Subway brand however is a mess. Got dinner today and Green Olives were discontinued. A topping thats been available for 20 years is suddenly gone overnight. In addition Swiss Cheese, Jalepenos and Pickles all discontinued in recent months.Toppings available while ordering online vary wildly vs in-store availability.Finally the store atmosphere is utterly horrendous. I have sat in lecture halls that are more warm and welcoming. The atmosphere of the store is so cold, unwelcoming and corporate I feel like I am walking into a European pharmacy. The lighting is overwhelming bright, which makes every small, otherwise unnoticeable, flaw on the sandwich stand out. The seating is cold and somehow spacious yet also uninviting. The promotional artwork reminds me of dreams I have had of hell.Why am I buying a sandwich in a Sportchek?Good luck. I hope to see ‘another’ Subway rebrand in coming future
I went there with my service dog and the employee said that my service dog was not a service dog because he was scared. My dog is still in training. My dog has emotions like any other dog. Apparently, he has 2 service dogs himself, so where were they? A service dog has to accompany his master everywhere. I can't believe they're judging my dog when he's been accompanying me everywhere since June. I'm mad. I used to go to this restaurant every week, but you can be sure I'll never go back. I know that the laws are more flexible in Ontario and that there are more fake service dogs, but I live in Quebec and the laws are strict. I have all my papers and my dog is trained by the best trainers. I practically finance their restaurant by the number of times I eat there, so a little respect would have been appreciated.

Worst service and food portion. Ordered twice rice bowl chicken teriyaki and it was a joke. Charged $12 and the portion wasn’t even worth of $8. Super disappointed. 3 tiny Rice scoop with half scoop of chicken teriyaki and veggies, everything was below half the bowl. Never gonna come back and spread the word of mouth to all. Bad service.

By far the worst subway in Ottawa. The guy working today doesn’t know how to make a salad- he uses half the amount of ingredients. I had to ask him twice to put in each thing. Waste of money.
The toilets are downright disgusting and smelly.
