I ordered a sandwich combo on the app which came with a cookie, a drink, and a bag of chips. After picking up my order, I double checked that all my items were there, one of the employees helped me since I couldn't see the bag of chips. She grabbed my bag and pulled out the chips and I went on my merry way. When I sat down to eat, the cookie was no longer in the bag :( very unfortunate to be honest I really wanted that cookie

When you ask employees for a special request such as changing gloves they greet you with a side eye and a scoff. When you ask for vegetables from the fridge located 1 foot away from their arms they greet you with a side eye and a scoff. Only competent and respectful employees at this location are the 2 younger gentlemen and that is why this is 2 stars instead of 1.Some people have dietary restrictions, some have religious restrictions. Regardless of which it is employees should be respectful towards these requests.I don’t see how any vegetarian would be able to eat at a subway store considering they drop everything from chicken to bacon in every single surrounding container.What a joke of a business.
