We visited this Subway during a recent trip to Ottawa, and I must say it's definitely not the best Subway we've ever been to. The prices are outrageous--it was $85 for 5 foot longs! They charged $6 just to add a few slices of pepperoni to my son's meatball sub. And the subs weren't even as good as usual. My flat bread was so over-toasted it was hard and dry.
As well, the employees weren't friendly--they all seemed grumpy and depressed. And when I tried to pay with cash, they told me they didn't take 50 dollar bills, so I had to pay with debit.
I would not visit this location again.

Bad customer service didnt even toast my bread and charged me 19 dollars for a footlong with nothing extra and instead of getting refund after talking to customer service they charged me twice and just stood there laughing lack of professionalism

One of the white boys who works at this place laughs at French customers who try to speak English while ordering. He treats them with arrogance and has an attitude. He lives in a bilingual city and shouldn’t be mocking people who are still learning, especially when he can’t even speak French himself.

I came to Subway Rideau at 530pm and they told me that I couldn’t have anything toasted because their toaster was shut off. They started putting all of their veggies away. I asked them what time they closed at and they 6. So here I am at 538pm eating at the store beside them.

I ordered a sandwich combo on the app which came with a cookie, a drink, and a bag of chips. After picking up my order, I double checked that all my items were there, one of the employees helped me since I couldn't see the bag of chips. She grabbed my bag and pulled out the chips and I went on my merry way. When I sat down to eat, the cookie was no longer in the bag :( very unfortunate to be honest I really wanted that cookie
