If it wasn't for the location of this Subway, they would definitely not have any business.
Idk what's wrong with the main staff that works here, there's problems everytime I order from here. This time, they gave me 1/2 the portion of the steak protein bowl I paid for. Even when I gave them a chance to correct the issue, they insist that 1/2 the bowl is the normal size. Absolutely crazy.
For those who have complaints, I suggest complaining directly to Subway HQ. As a franchisee, they have certain standards and regulations they have to adhere to, since their actions have a direct effect on the Subway brand.

Ordered online for pickup. Sandwiches were not cut in half, extra toppings/sauces were not added, and there were pieces of unknown foods in my sandwich. Called in to politely mention that these things were not done, and we were interrupted rudely over the phone and the lady had argued with us, insisting she had done our orders right when we were looking at our sandwiches, which were in fact not done right. Other than getting the orders completely wrong and god awful customer service, the food was okay

The stingiest Subway I’ve ever been to, tell me why I only take two veggies on my sandwich and when I asked for extra pickles they only put two more. On top of that, I ask for extra mayo and they only put ONE stripe of sauce I never write reviews but I just had to get this off my chest PLUS they were getting mad at me for asking for a normal amount of pickles

I usually hear for lunch for a semester. I can barely understand the Indian managers English. The only thing I understand is he rudely told me don’t refill the drink.

Every time I go the employees are incredibly stingy with toppings. I asked for extra tomatoes and this girl gave me one singular slice of tomato on my sandwhich. Funny, sure, but it should not be that difficult to add extra of toppings when requested

I love subway and this one is super close to where I live but they seriously don’t give you much food. I go often and I swear every time they put less and less inside the sandwich/ salad. Just today I got a rice bowl and it’s half full and they put not even a tbs of cheese. And the girls making the sandwiches are rude and unfriendly.

It says on Google that the restaurant closes at 23:00 but every time they start closing at 21-22… the personnel is very slow and they don’t seem to want to work… the food is alright but they could really try to switch their schedule or just stay open till it says on here.

I recently-January 31th-visited and ordered a turkey sandwich, but I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The sandwich was shockingly small, both in width and portion size—it felt like I was barely getting anything for the price I paid. The quality at this location has been declining, and it’s frustrating to see the portions getting smaller while the prices stay the same or even increase.
Subway used to be a go-to spot for fresh and satisfying sandwiches, but this experience left me feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the portion sizes and overall quality.

The best subway ever. I was served by Karan (I think that’s his name, or something similar) today and often served by him whenever I go and he’s wonderful. So friendly and kind.

I am beyond frustrated with the customer service at this Subway location.
Every time I place an order through the official Subway app, it turns into a nightmare. I’ve collected MVP rewards fair and square, which are supposed to be an official and legitimate way to pay. But somehow, without fail, this location always finds some excuse to cancel my order. They either claim there’s a problem with the app, the system isn’t working, or something else entirely. And it doesn’t stop there—when I confront them about it, they straight-up lie to my face, insisting there’s an issue on my end when it’s clearly their incompetence.
One time, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and went to the store in person. I specifically asked to use my rewards points, thinking this would bypass their “technical issues.” But guess what? They pulled the same nonsense, claiming there was an error and they couldn’t scan the rewards. The smug attitude from the employees made it even worse—they act like they’re too smart for anyone to question them, as if the customers are the problem, not their broken system.
I’m not sure if they’re doing this on purpose or if they’re just completely clueless about how to run a business. Either way, this is terrible customer service, and I’m done wasting my time and energy on this location. If you value honesty and good service, avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth the headache!

Guy at the counter asking me to confirm my name 4 times for my pickup order.. you need my drivers license?? This is subway. Employees could generally be friendlier but the food is as good as others in ottawa.
