The food was delicious. We were seated very quickly and our waitress was lovely, though we had a bit of trouble getting coffee refills. It was starting to get busy, so we completely understood that she had many tables to manage—no hard feelings at all. We left feeling full and happy 😊

I have been going there for years…last night was wing night with the boys…first beer, bottom literally falls off at the seam and covers me with an entire pint. Something I’ve never seen before - server tells me “I’ve seen it 3 or 4 times - it’s because they sometimes freeze the glasses” - meaning they know this happens.
I assumed they would do something on the bill since I had to have my wing night soaked to my underwear in beer, not to mention the slight embarrassment that many in the full bar likely assumed I was drunk and spilled it.
Got the bill, not a single drink or food item discounted…i shouldn’t have to ask - I worked in restaurants, that should have been automatic. Not even a follow up apology as I was paying. Customer lost.

First of all. I want to say the food was incredible and generously portioned. Our server, Molly, was fantastic. Conversely, another server (don’t know the name) was quite short with us and we were surprised by the lack of hospitality. We felt unwelcome and felt treated as an intrusion. Again, I want to emphasize how great Molly was. She made our morning breakfast super fun and was very professional. Absowutewy incwedible.

I happen to be a transgendered woman wearing my dress being with a sister friend -I was very nervous as being transgendered yes busy when came in the atmosphere the staff the waitress was so open comfortable waitress serving us great

The wings weren't that great and the service was even worse.
When I asked the server a question about my food she just dropped my plate on the table and walked away.
I have been to this place 3 times in the last 20 years, and every time I am severely disappointed. They are majorly lacking in customer service.
If you want to go to a place where you will get poor service and mediocre food than this is the place.
If you want to go to a place that has decent food and good service, I highly recommend going elsewhere

Had great notchos, Spanish dip, Roast beef. All was great. I had ordered an onion soup it was noooot good. Loaded with bread no juice and very salty taste. Mentioned to waitress she left and said I can only take 1/2 off. Never even ate it.
Other than forgetting about our reservations, the food and service was good. Amazing deal (5$ pound of wings) was a great surprise.
