One of the worst breakfast experiences I’ve ever had. The service was terribly slow, and it seemed like no one was actually in charge. When you ask, Who is responsible here?they simply say No one unbelievable.
After waiting far too long, I politely mentioned the delay, and instead of apologizing, they started arguing with me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
No respect, no accountability, and no proper service. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Today I had one of the best experiences in Sunset Grill. It was my second visit to this place. The breakfast was delicious with the service of dear Laurie that made it incredibly unforgettable. she was amazing, kind and came up with the great suggestions after getting to know that I don’t eat pork. I wish a great success and luck to her and her team specially in the time of Christmas market.

My wife and I are from the London,UK .We ,fancied a break from our morning walk around the park .We,happened to ' POP IN ' into this beautiful ,clean ,richly coffee smelling aroma and all the invisible 'wellcoming' signs around the staff in the restaurant. The staff ,Lawrie ,Sarah and Deen were hugely friendly, smilingly introduced themselves, used our names too ,gave us enough time to settle down. We, took note of their suggestions regarding breakfast .Lawrie was just amazingky friendly and customer friendly, too.
Our coffee was heavenly and heart warming for a starter. The breakfast was just awesomely delicious ,clean ,warm and truly appreciated totally. We,will be coming back some day for sure before flying back to the UK.It was the most amazing experience,we have ever had from a retail outlet.Very well trained staff. The whole site was just clinically clean and totally virus free. We,wish Deen,Lawrie and Sarah every good luck for the future. The,pricing was truly very reasonable, too.SUNSET GRILL is ONE of the 7th WONDERS that is so widely spoken about in the universe.

We visited Sunset Grill at Lansdowne and overall had a decent experience. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, which was tasty and well done. My wife had the Smash Burger but unfortunately didn’t enjoy it, and the home fries that came with it were undercooked. My son had the pancake, which he liked, and the portions overall were generous. Our server was amazing and very attentive, which really added to the experience.
One thing I’d like to point out is that since my wife is pregnant, we tend to be more cautious about food hygiene. With the open kitchen concept here, it would be reassuring to see the chefs wearing gloves. I realize many restaurants don’t always do this behind closed doors, but when everything is visible, gloves would give an extra level of confidence.
Overall, I’d rate our experience 6/10. Good service and decent food, with some room for improvement in both preparation and kitchen hygiene.

I went here for a quick breakfast before work on Friday. I was greeted at the door very quickly and seated. The waitress brought me a water the first time she visited my table which was awesome and she communicated that she'd be right back with me as she had some other tables to tent to clearly. After I placed my order, my food came out very fast, was fresh and delicious. The blueberry lemonade was also delicious. The staff here is so friendly and efficient; I will most definitely be returning.

Amit is a great new owner, very nice to talk to, still learning but getting there quick. Laurie is superb and Sean's an awesome cook!
This all-day breakfast place was perfect for us. It was a star in its own right. We discovered the most delicious “low-cal” poutine at Sunset Grill—homefries topped with sautéed onions, peameal bacon, grated cheddar, hollandaise, paprika, and fresh chives. Hard to believe all that indulgence came in at just 640 calories of pure goodness! Yummm
Staff was very friendly and service was fast without compromising on taste.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant. I’d always seen it from the outside whenever I walked from Whole Foods to the farmer’s market on Sundays.
Today, since we were a wee bit early for the Market, my husband and I decided to finally give it a try. We walked in and were greeted by a pleasant waiter who seated us right away. A different server then came along to take our orders, and that part went smoothly. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives ended.
The wait for our food was unusually long. Several staff members were just wandering about aimlessly, and when we asked one of them to check on our order, he looked annoyed and said he’d be right back. He never did. Instead, we saw him happily continue his aimless wandering.
When our food finally arrived—25 minutes later—the omelette was dripping in oil, as if the cook had emptied the entire bottle onto the pan. The toast was cold and flavourless (much like the omelette itself).
So yeah… our first visit turned out to be our last.
