Biggest issue: No gloves, one of the most important items when working with wraps and other food items you directly touch. Another note that the person serving the food never washed his hands before or even anytime I was in the restaurant. He had even wiped down the prep station with his hands. Sauces looked more than 3 days old with the oils leaking out and moisture starting to build up on the bottom of trays. The food is fine, but the thought of unclean hands on my food made the experience not so great. 🤢

Easily the best shawarma I’ve had. Their portion size, the freshness of everything, and the genuinely amazing taste of the shawarmas, you can not go wrong going here. The employees are super friendly and are always super happy. This is the only shawarma spot I go to in Ottawa. Absolutely amazing
