I ordered from uber eats so I can’t really say much about atmosphere but service and food were both amazing!! Sushi was fresh and delicious. I would definitely go out of my way to eat here again.

This has been my go-to sushi place in the past 15 years. Sushi is super fresh and good quality, service is efficient and fast. Also staff are welcoming. Dine-in space is small, but they work hard and as fast as possible to accommodate their customers.

Huge variety of sushi options from specialty to the basic rolls. The sushi didn’t taste like your typical “quickly made” to serve, it tasted fresh and made to perfection. Highly recommend for dine in or take out as well as they have a grab and go!! Staff was welcoming as well :)

Tried Sushi Fresh for the first time and was really impressed! The sushi was incredibly fresh and flavourful, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even better. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu!

My favourite sushi place in Ottawa! I am a student at UOttawa and go to this place super often, they have good lunch specials and their sushi is always really fresh with good portion sizes. The staff are really friendly and the sushi is made very fast. I always enjoy my time here and I will be back! ❤️ Love you Sushi Fresh!

This is my partner and I's GO TO sushi place in Ottawa. We always order takeout and we are always so delighted by the service we get from the people at the payment counter. The ingredients are FRESH - as their name suggests - and their prices are super fair considering how much most other sushi shops charge.

We (2 girls) ordered a combo Sashimi and an Roasted Eel bowl, but weren’t able to feel “full” afterwards.
We sat at the first table near the exit/entrance, but waiter never came to serve water until we asked for one when seeing them carry water jar to ask other tables even a one next to ours if they need more water.
We have two people but waiter only gave us one pair of chopsticks and napkins.
These subtitle differences in seeing how they serve others and us make a little bit complex feeling. If you are not from local and do care those things, perhaps you might want to give a second thought before going there
