I have never had such bad food experience at another restaurant. We ordered over $100 of sushi and even left a tip. ALL of the pieces were old, Wasabi looked like a chunk of play dough from old Wasabi pieces, ginger root was dried up, sashimi was old SMOKED SALMON (the one you buy from costco) and the cherry on top was actual MOLDY taste in more than one piece, after which we stopped eating as we realized we are risking food poisoning. When I called to complain about the food quality, the chef accused me of lying. I don't know how you can prepare raw food with such terrible quality and risk the health of your customers with a clean conscience.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but the sushi (if you could even call it that) was of the poorest quality we have ever had. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. It's unfortunate restaurants are taking short cuts like this to save a few dollars while putting the public's health at risk.

Very disappointed and disgusted! We had an important celebration on 28 of August and decided to order sushi. My daughter, who actually was craving for sushi went to pick it up. When we set the table and open the platter, we noticed that all the items there were kind of withered with dull coloration and dried edges. Our mood was so elevated so we mutually and silently decided to pretend that everything is OK and tried to enjoy the food although the taste was dull. Even the wasabi which usually would be a great cold remedy, was very mild. The last drop that overflowed our patience was that my daughter and my wife tasted some of the bits and they were MOULDY! Let me insert here, this is row food that can be prone to any bacterial and whatever development! So, potentially DANGEROUS! My daughter picked up the phone and call the restaurant to ask for refund. This is the next to zero minimum they could have done. After to and forth eventually she spoke to the manager who offered her a credit. Who would agree to be exposed to potential poisoning second time!!! Later, she received another call from them and they asked her to go to the restaurant with some pictures and samples to show them in order to get the refund. Isn't it ridiculous! They obviously know what they have given to us (maybe some leftover form a previous party) but to torture her even more to bring a prove. And yes, we still keep the samples in our freezer for further reference. I don't want to be extreme, but don't think a business at such form should exist at all.

I was definitely super hungry when ordering so that may be affecting my glowing review, but even before ordering, I was impressed by how many interesting veggie options they had and how they clearly label which options are veggie as well. The edamaki is salty, spicy, creamy, and crunchy. Fairly priced and quick service even just before closing. Hit the spot ☺️.

— Usually ordered on ubereats but later I found out that I can directly via their website, our favourites are poke chicken katsu and poke sama so can’t say for the rest of the menu but those two are crazy good! Never had anywhere make them better, portion is perfect and they have environment friendly packaging which I also appreciate
