I think the staff should benefit from further training to engage with visitors and customers in a more respectful and professional manner. Enhancing their approach to greetings and interactions could significantly improve the overall experience and foster a more welcoming environment. This applies to both restaurants at this location, Sushi Shop and Thai Express.

This place is a hit I love their spicy salmon poke bowls but it’s never consistent. Sometimes it has all the topping but usually I’m missing 2 or more toppings. Consistency is key in my opinion

Amazing sushi and great service! The quality of the sushi is top-notch—fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff are professional and attentive, ensuring everything is perfect. The service was excellent, and it really made the dining experience enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! Will definitely be coming back.

Don’t bother requesting substitutions, I asked for them to remove the salmon and substitute it for one additional piece of shrimp and they said they were not allowed. I would’ve been happy to pay an extra dollar, but I shouldn’t have to remove food and pay the same amount for less food. The quality was not on par to begin but the customer service made it even worse. Visiting Canada and happy to say I’ll never come to this place to feed my kids.

By far one of the worst sushi places I have ever entered. Absolutely filthy. The customer service is horrible. 2 years ago I loved going here. Idk what happened maybe new owners, but it’s horrible quality food. The portions are half the size they used to be. The salmon was still frozen and the avocado was old and soggy. I 100% do not recommend this place at all. Please save yourself the trouble.

It was my first time coming in and I was not greeted at all… I was just glanced at and ignored. Only when I walked up the lady rudely asked “Are you ready ?” So I left. I don’t recommend this place at all. First impressions mean everything and they need to work on their customer service.

I ordered at 1am with priority delivery and received my order 1 hour later. I ordered through UberEats, but the business took too long to prepare the order and ended up delivering a very mediocre dish. I had the chicken and mango poké bowl, honestly, move on. It's not a poké bowl at all: it was full of salad, spicy even though it wasn't even mentioned, the mango was very hard and on top of all that, there weren't even any utensils. to eat. If you want a good poké bowl, go to Gogiya; it’s better and cheaper.

Great food and service! I was really pleased with what I ordered. I got 4 pieces of sashimi (2 orders), 3 salmon sushi tacos (1 order), and 2 salmon tartare (1 order). Staff super friendly and made very good sushi! Decided to dine-in, no one else was around so the peace was nice and staff gave great service bringing the sushi to our table. I found that the price for sashimi is an overpriced for 2 small pieces of salmon ($5.65 before tax).
