I usually love Sushi shop, but this time was awful. The delivery took over 1.5 hours instead of the promised 40 minutes. The sushi had too much rice, hardly any fish, and the rice was mushy and dense—couldn't even eat it. Really disappointed with this order.

Ordered the sushi burrito and there was the most minuscule amount of actual fish in it. It was just full of rice and vegetables. For the price being charged, completely unreasonable quality of food.

Do NOT order from this restaurant. I say this is someone that claimed this to be my favourite sushi place in the city. The service has gone down the drain, and 4 times in a row they have completely botched my order and given me completely wrong items alongside my correct receipt. I cannot imagine how they operate at a profit, as this is just pathetic, and they completely disregard food safety and allergy notifications.. What a shame

Sushi Shop as a chain is one of my favorite places to get sushi, HOWEVER, I have consistently been disappointed with the South Keys location. The ready-to-go sushi boxes used to be made fresh daily, but lately, they are obviously made in advance and refrigerated. The rice quality is terrible (similar to Bento in grocery stores) and the ingredients aren't fresh (avocados are brown, cucumbers taste sour, etc).For the prices Sushi Shop charges, the quality should match. As I said, the quality USED to be worth it... but for the prices, you're better off ordering fresh from an actual restaurant unfortunately.Used to love this place, and if they ever go back to the previous quality and freshness standards, I would change my rating. But as of now, very disappointing.(Ps, the bubble tea is not good either)
Sushi were good but when you offer certain type of sushi you gotta make sure you can actually do it! I ordered the tuna tartare roll with the lettuce and for some reason i receive a random tuna sushi! Nice to not have what you ask for!

Every sushi was soak in spicy mayo, even the one that are not supposed to have some. The sushis were poorly made and falled appart. Some sushis had “whatever” in it, not even the good fish for some. The sushi pizza was awfully thick and, of course, soaked in spicy mayo. Worst sushi order in my history of sushi orders.

Under new management! Food was delicious! Customer Service was above and beyond. I had the Sphinx (black sesame rice, crispy shrimp, tuna, potatoes strings, green onions, torched sesame mayo, and loads of Kimchi) It was beautiful and taste fantastic. Never had anything like it before. The texture and multiple flavors go so well together ❤️ We also ordered bubble tea, the strawberry dragonflies was perfect for my 9yr old. She also loved her classic sushi roll and steamed chicken dumplings ?
