By far the worst sushi and service in Ottawa !!! The server on the day was polite but definitely more training in rolling sushi needed!!
The ingredients for ALL the rolls I ordered were extremely stale and some of the rice undercooked.
When I called to complain to the manager I was screamed at and told I was wrong !!!!
So much for customer service… will NEVER go there again … specially as they are dealing with seafood and refuse to admit their wrong doing or at least look into the matter.
Came here for lunch and got their Lox set. The rolls were pretty average, but still tasty and hit the spot. Service was pretty quick.
Super nice employees and management, food is always great. I will happily come back.
Avoid this place. I could make California rolls just as poorly made myself.
Food was decent, nothing too special about the poke balls here. Price was also fair for what I received but they are a lot of food options here.

I would say this is a step above the average grocery store sushi and is good in a pickle. The service was amazing and quick. I would recommend coming here as a place to grab a sushi meal fast for a craving.
Where it lacks is in the flavor of the rice as it was clearly the wrong brand and held too much water. The rolls also featured cucumber flavor more than having a balance. It's not bad but not my first choice for sushi.

Always fresh and yummy! One of the hidden sushi shops in Ottawa. I don’t know why it isn’t rated higher.

The worker was extremely rude. My co workers and I ordered ahead of time to pick up lunch here and showed up for our pick up time.He told us it would be 30 more minutes so we politely left and came back then he told us it would be another 30 minutes after. He was speaking very rude to us when we were trying to explain the situation and how we needed to be back for work as we only have an hour lunch. He was complaining we ordered “too much” and didn’t give enough time for him to make but we just went along with the timing on their website

I ordered a grilled chicken & mango poké bowl (plus avocado, ucumber, lettuce and rice) last night. One would have expected there to be a reasonable amount of mango, given the name of the bowl. In fact, there was a miniscule amount of mango, maybe 1 teaspoon worth, at the most, and it was cut up into tiny pieces and buried under the rice. There was an equal "amount" of avocado and I don't think that I found any cucumber. There was about 80% rice. I have had the fish poké bowls in the past from this location and they were good so I was surprised and disapointed at what I was served last night. The grilled chicken strips were good, though.
