The staff was very nice and helpful. We ordered a few types of ramen and noodles, and everything was delicious! The portions were generous, we even had to take some food to go.

We went there Just for a Lunch Stop. When we saw the Pictures of the Hand pulled noodles we couldnt resist to try. IT really was a great expirience. Every Portion of noodles gets pulled individually and IT tasted amazing. Broth was clar ans U could ad chilli past and Soja Sauce in your own. Best to try for your self.

My wife and I saw this place on TikTok and were immediately drawn to the experience. We went today and tried the 8 piece rainbow roll and she had the veggie noodle soup and I had the beef noodle soup. The sushi was good, especially the quality, taste and freshness of the rice, but the fish on each roll was rather small to be honest. The soup was an absolute home run. The noodles are hand made in front of you by a talented and kind man and they were DELICIOUS. The broth was amazing and I left feeling satisfied, happy and food-drunk. My wife loved hers as well and had a portion to bring home for later, while I had nothing left to carry home as I ate it all there. It was our only reason to go into Ottawa from Rockland and we made the long trip and were not disappointed at all. We will definitely be returning. The people running the place were delightful and the food was spectacular.

I went to this spot with some friends and the establishment was clean and has family restaurant vibes. The food is prepared right in your presence and u know it will be fresh made from order.

The Food

Dishes are made fresh on the spot noodles pulled and stretched right before you eyes.
The dishes are just the right amount of flavor and not overdone.
The simplicity adds to experience as your not totally bombarded
with overwhelming flavors and its easy to finish a meal feeling full and content.
Overall
the food is great, the atmosphere is that of a genuine family run establishment with committed hardworking employees.
