Craving satisfied and the best decision to try this gem at the Byward Market. We had the pork ramen (broth was amazing, pork literally melts in your mouth soft and the ramen noodles were freshly made), california rolls and the dynamite sushi.

Best ramen we've ever had. Convinced my husband to stop in Byward Market because the noodles were being made fresh. The food did not disappoint! Family who runs the restaurant were very friendly and willing to let me take pictures while they worked. We live in the US and would honestly drive to get these noodles again!

We visited Ottowa on the way to Montreal and wanted to check byward market but did not realize how many places there were to eat. It was cold so this place warmed us up! The noodles were unique as he makes them from scratch! The family owners were so nice! We had to wait 10 minutes for a seat but that's okay. If it is cold out this is a nice place to check, ramen is 14 each which is reasonable. Nothing crazy special though but good to support the nice family and try fresh noodles.
