Indulgence at its Finest! I cannot praise this local donut chain enough! Every bite of their delicious, made-from-scratch donuts is a heavenly experience. From classic flavors like Boston cream to inventive creations like cookies and cream cheese, cinnamon toast crunch, and Bloop!, they never fail to impress. The dough is always fresh and fluffy, and the toppings are generously applied. Plus, the staff is friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall delightful experience. If you're a donut aficionado like me, this place is a must-visit. Five stars all the way!

Ordered Uber Eats from here as a surprise gift for a friend and the donuts were not only delicious but gorgeous as well! They were even so kind to write on the box a short message for my friend to which I requested in the Uber Eats special instructions. Such great quality treats and service:)

Limited selection today- not sure if that’s the norm or not.Friendly service. $18 for 4 donuts is pricey but they were good.

My daughter and i went to Suzy Q on Thursday March 7 2024. She bought us 2 donuts, 1 each that were marked $6.00 and $5.00 each. After we left and arrived home, i asked my daughter what her bill was as we are learning budgeting. She did not remember so this morning we went to the bank for her bank statement. She was charged $29.97 for 2 donuts.we want to warn others about the ridiculous pricing and dishonest signage that appears on the front of the display case. They have turned a thoughtful gesture by my daughter into a very negative experience. Needless to say, we will not be returning and would like an explanation from the management on St. Laurent blvd. ☹️

This was my first time. It was good. I do wish they’d had a few more choices. Most looked really good… but way too rich for me. The one I did have was very good. The place is small with no seating. Might be nice to sit and enjoy a fresh donut and a drink. But overall, it was worth the visit.

I’ve always experienced very nice service here but this evening I experienced extremely kind service with exceptional customer service and it really makes a difference. The donuts were also incredible. The young gentleman working on the evening of Thursday, Dec 14th right around 5pm (I didn’t get his name) is incredible and deserves a raise!

Odd experience. It was about an hour from close. The kid at window was super sweet and nice. I wanted to buy 12 hazeldeans. They only had10. This was like the 4th or 5th time in a just over a week I’d dropped by to try. Always missing out.He asked and they said they would make another batch. I said I’ll take that new batch and I’ll prob get 6 more from window for sibling. While I was ending phone call, some guy with more authority had come and was packing my doughnuts from the window batch…and calls out to the person behind…”don’t bring them here yet, I’ll explain why later”… I mean do you really think that your customer is that stupid to not know. ?Instead of being rude and sneaky, why not just say, “Miss it’s against policy or we can only give you these, do you still want them? Or I want that new batch for my own family” or whatever your reason was, since it was very near closing times and the odds were they didn’t sell out, but for goodness sakes, just be honest. It’s a better look. What’s the difference anyway…whatever the logic, you could have just explained honestly.Anyone I’ve told this too was also very unimpressed and thought what you did was “stupid”, “rude”…and just “poor service”…I was parked there for a bit waiting for someone so I know you didn’t even have enough customers after me that they did not all sell…so weird.I def didn’t take the extra six. When you realized I had wanted more, it was clear you realized … and more seemed now possible. I repeated “well you only made 4 right??”…and you realized I knew and said “these are fresh they’re all from the same dough” … I can tell you since I had two fresh ones that it was not the same. They’re all good enough but the fresh ones were better. The two stars is because the young guy at window was very good. You not so much.
