I haven’t had much Brazilian food, but this is clearly a hidden gem. One bite is enough to make the flavors stick in your memory. There’s a tremendous difference between ‘good’ and ‘truly excellent’ food — the latter usually requires several times more effort, and you can feel that effort here. The quality of the ingredients and the care put into seasoning and marination really stand out. The chefs here are clearly talented people who strive for perfection. Respect to the kitchen team.

We've been here a few times in the last couple of months and have not been disappointed. Lovely atmosphere, great service, and food is always fresh and tasty. We had the crispy beef which was excellent. Pad Thai with shrimp was also delicious. Alain is always there to welcome his guests. We'll definitely be back!

Wow! This is a fabulous spot. Friendly attentive staff...a bit slower when the place is full...but the food will offset any little wait time by a lot. Our party of 4 enjoyed 4 entirely different dishes with great satisfaction. We'll be back!
Fantastic curry, with real curry leaves and the fresh fragrance of coconut cream. Can’t wait to come back and try their green curry.

I find all restaurant food has gone up out of proportion with inflation, even for the food industry where it's higher than average. Seems everyone is using the excuse to take more, driving the vicious circle. I still love this place, but the value proposition has dropped, meaning going less often for me.

I absolutely loved my experience here. The manager came out to check in and spoke about the history of the business. I really enjoyed learning that it was a family business. The server was wonderful and atmosphere was very unique. I loved the food. It was cooked to perfection and I ate the whole thing up! I highly recommend this spot I can see me and my family coming here later in life!

We enjoyed dinner at Sweet Basil and appreciated the Ambiance, Food, quality and service. The young owner, Eelen (sp?) was quite personable and welcoming. The sizzling plate had a nice balance of flavours that felt authentic and not over seasoned, alongside the standard Delicious pad Thai. Our go to when in this area
