Honestly, stop selling old stale desserts!!! Nothing is fresh anymore. This is the 3rd time we order assorted cakes and they're stale... Never again! We will go elsewhere.

I tried the warbat from sweet castle and it was honestly so good! The filo was light and crispy, and the cream filling had the perfect texture—not too sweet and super fresh. The syrup had a nice flavor without being overwhelming, which I really appreciated. You can tell it was made with care.

Ordered their Ferrero Rocher cake and it tasted so bad and was so stale and spongy. Called and asked for a refund or a compensation and the person on the phone said that they cannot do anything and to call the owner. I called the owner and he never answered. Terrible customer service. Would never go to this spot ever again. Threw it straight to the garbage. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPOT AS THEIR CAKES ARE TERRIBLE

Not the first time I order from this pastry shop. I've always been so impressed by their delicious fruit cake. I ordered a strawberry short cake for my 50th birthday this past weekend. I was expecting real strawberries on top and in the middle of the cake. To my huge disappointment, the cake had real strawberries only on the top. The middle of the cake had strawberry jam!!! I paid $150 just to be so so disappointed! Not worth the price at all!

wow, this is the best Arabic bakery store and suites in Ottawa. They have great collection of Arabic suites and Western ones too. They’re always fresh and very delicious. Zena, the staff was there was really really amazing and she helped me a lot and advised me on many things that fit my taste you guys are so lucky to have her. She’s very honest and truthful. Thank you so much for everything and for making my stay in Ottawa unforgettable. The indoor seating are really, really nice to have a cup of coffee and with a sweet as well I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to try authentic Arabic suites and bakery. They’re amazing people here.
