Waited 30 minutes for my chicken stir fry at drive thru and three orders of chicken on a Kizer. Get home and the gravey is the wrong gravy and my stir-fry honesty barley any chicken and the chicken that's in there is off. By off I mean tastes rotten and has a bad smell. I don't understand how they keep open im very disappointed paying 83 dollars for a dinner I can't even eat. Will never give Swiss chalet my hard earned money every again. Shame on the staff you should be fired.

We go out of our way to come to the location in particular. The service is always great , food and atmosphere is excellent. The restaurant is always clean and it is a busy place so you have to get there earlier than normal . This hostess and servers are always great , friendly and on the ball in particular Marie who has been our server many many times and she has a great personality and is always prompt and efficient with service. We are from Renfrew and stop in here for lunch, worst meal I ever had we both could eat our meal it was that bad . Fries were burnt . Never go back and will never recommend Waite 1meal for our meal.

Been coming to this place for years. Rarely a miss. However, last two times - the portions aren't just small, I'm surprised it can even be called chicken. Looks like pigeon sized. Service is still top notch, it always has been. But come on SC people know what a 1/4 chicken looks like and this ain't it.
