Went to enjoy the old Fedtive Special. And Swiss Chalet did not disappoint. Fantastic service by Marie Anne, very polite and fun to chat with. Great attitude, the service made dinner that night extra special. Can't wait for our next visit. That Swiss sauce gets me every time. What a treat! Great service, good food. From the start the waitress seemed rushed. She took our drink order and forgot the water. She left so quickly we did not have a chance to remind her. We thought we had both ordered the festive special and were unaware we had to specify that’s what we both wanted. She never came back to check on us so we did not get an opportunity to question the lack of dressing, butter and cranberry sauce or water. We had to ask for her to order dessert. That’s when we asked about the missing items and were told that I needed to specify that’s I wanted the festive special. She gave us free dessert and tea to compensate. But overall we just did not feel like we had any service. Other than service the food was great.

I personally haven't been to Swiss Chalet in years but after taking my son recently the dining experience was great, food was perfect, large portions and priced right.
We will be back, the decor has seen some improvements from what I remember.
Overall, I was very impressed and enjoyed dining here.
