Visited this bar only once and on a Friday night (it is supposed to be its best night) and once was more than enough. I thought it would be like the Lookout which is the best and most dynamic dance bar in Ottawa and it is also a LGBTQ bar and even though I am 100% straight I go there every week.
So I thought as an alternative I try Swizzles, but it wasn't anything like Lookout. It is a quiet boring bar with older patrons who sing and no dancing. There is a very small stage for dance not sure how often it is used. Small crowd and boring.

Was in town for the night and came in after a concert. Vibe was immaculate, everybody was having fun, and I felt safe and like a part of the culture.
