I’m giving this place 4 stars bc the quality of food is great. The only thing I’ve noticed the last few times I’ve gone there is the waiter not being the most pleasant. 1)said we ordered to much food (which I didn’t really understand bc we would be taking it home anyways) 2)I asked for kimchi after he didn’t serve us an side dishes and he said “it’s not something we put with these dishes” but I’d been there for years and ordered the same dish over and over and always got the same thing. I’m not sure why there was attitude but I hope it was just a bad day for them

Very disappointing. The fried chicken, which they were known for, no longer tastes the same. There were barely any chicken, mostly batter if you pay attention, and the small tiny piece of chicken inside the batter was dry. It used to be big chunks of juicy chicken :( :( :(

A true taste of Korea! Food is amazing. Fresh and affordable! The food satisfies all the cravings and tastebuds when I want Korean food. The service makes everything so much better. The people here are great and always supportive.
This is my go to place for cozy Korean food. I wish this place would get more recognition so that it can open more spots through Ottawa!
Their staff is definitely nice, their food is also really good, but other Korean restaurants provide better. This place is slightly more expensive than others.
The food is on the more bland side and very heavy, you get pretty sick of it very quickly. Even the KFC gets sickening, the batter of the chicken is very odd but makes up for it for the texture and flavour.
The chicken is the only thing I truly enjoy here but in small moderation

Was quite excited to try this place, but unfortunately, we did not have a very good experience.
I will say, if you come, only get the fried chicken. Mostly everything else was wildly disappointing for this high rating on Google.
The rice was not consistently cooked.. while some of it was good, some areas were soggy to the point that it had the texture of mashed potatoes. The Alfredo pasta sauce was too watery. The 감자탕 (pork bone stew) was not rich in flavour at all, and the seafood pancake was floury and burnt at the same time somehow.
Heard a LOT about the fried chicken and we did like the sweet soy chicken, the cheese corn, and the kimchi.
Service was very welcoming, but lacking greatly in actual customer service while handling complaints. Seemed like only a few people were running the whole restaurant and it was quite busy, so somewhat understandable.
Atmosphere is cute, but the acoustics of the restaurant made table chatter from other tables way too loud (some kind of sound absorbing objects would help) and also needs better ventilation from the kitchen..
Quality, delicious food, and great staff. You'll find that all here! The pricing is really good and you're guaranteed to leave this place with a full stomach. Been here twice and will definitely return if I'm craving korean food.

We were 5 guests with a baby and they refused to seat us. Plenty of tables available, but refused to put some together.
Edit: We did end up eating there, but two had to sit at a different table because they didn't want to move it. Other customers who were leaving also tried to step in and explain to the server.
And ya, we do have eyes, and that's the worst service we've ever SEEN with our baby. We actually entered the restaurant without a stroller and the server told us to bring it 😅
