Dear Taco Bell,
You need to up your game. I came here expecting a decent meal; however, I was truly disappointed in the service and food. The tacos had no meat or lettuce. Moreover, they rushed so much they gave me TWO hard shells in one taco. This proves they always rush the food because there were no other orders. I bought 10 tacos, and all of them were not up to par with other Taco Bells. No cheese or tomatoes. Just cold meat and old lettuce. They were even stingy with those two ingredients. Additionally, the customer service was outrageous. The cashier does not know how to do her job and still argues with the customers. Is calculating numbers that hard? Why are they scamming their customers?
Sincerely,
A truly upset customer

The food? If you like tacos with no meat, broken shells, and sad cheese, this is the place for you. Honestly felt like the kitchen was told to sabotage our order.

My experience at this taco bell was extremely disappointing.. The cashier, despite having a calculator, struggled with basic math, which is concerning for someone in that position. What are the requirements to be a cashier nowadays?! 🤦♀️. She refused to return the correct change, and after involving the manager, she was proven wrong once again. However, rather than resolving the issue professionally, she became rude and dismissive, which made us feel unwelcome.
We ordered the party combo, which included 10 tacos, fries, and nachos. Unfortunately, the quality of the tacos was far from acceptable. Many of them were barely filled as they had only a spoonful of meat and a few pieces of lettuce. To make matters worse, some tacos were served with double shells, further reflecting a lack of attention to detail and professionalism.
Overall, the combination of poor customer service and subpar food quality made for a thoroughly unpleasant experience for my family and me. It's incredibly disappointing to have such an experience at a place that should prioritize both service and quality.

I don’t normally write reviews, but the experience my family had at this Taco Bell location was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. We visited this spot at the mall and ordered a $50 party meal. When we paid in cash, the cashier gave us the wrong amount of change. We politely pointed it out, but instead of correcting the mistake calmly, she became visibly annoyed and rude. What was even more shocking was that, even with a calculator, she still couldn’t calculate the correct change. When we showed her the proper calculation ourselves, her attitude became even worse.
After the unpleasant interaction, the food we received was equally disappointing. The presentation was sloppy — it looked like it was thrown together without care. The cheese in the containers was only filled halfway, some taco shells were broken while others had extras stacked inside, and most of the tacos barely had any meat in them. It felt like the poor quality was intentional.
What made it even more uncomfortable was that we were the only Chinese family in the food court, and all the staff at this location were of the same race — which made the whole situation feel targeted. Whether that was intentional or not, it absolutely felt discriminatory and unwelcoming.
For a company as large as Taco Bell, this kind of treatment — both in service and food quality — is unacceptable. I hope management takes a serious look at this location and addresses both the training and attitude of the staff. No one should be made to feel disrespected or singled out when simply trying to enjoy a meal with their family.

Horrible location, it's really not worth it. I was craving Taco Bell cause I haven't had it in ages and the food could have been absolutely impeccable and it would still not be worth it. It was horribly busy and overstimulating, only one person on cash and very slow to be served. I had ordered nacho fries and was very excited for them, I had specifically asked for them. When I was given my order, I noticed they're the normal fries, it's easy to tell due to the colour difference, I was told that they were nacho fries, I said that the nacho fries are typically orange and she said no these are nacho fries and I annoyingly walked away. I did decide to return with my fries to get my actual nacho fries, I was told the same thing again, that these were nacho fries and that in the picture I showed, they just make it look orange but that it's not really like that. I told her that I've tried them before and they taste different and are actually orange and that's when she told me that they were out of the spice for nacho fries and that's why these were the normal fries. I wish I was given full transparency at the start, I never get fries, I wouldn't have gotten fries if I knew. Horrible service, horrible experience, the worker that helped me out when I returned was very kind despite trying to also tell me they were nacho fries, but the one who served me my food and initially said it was nacho fries was horribly rude and short with customers as well as her co-workers from watching their interactions. Feel bad for the people working with her
