Updated Feb 2026: Mistakes with orders are becoming really common to the extent that I've not been able to finish my last 3 shawarmas from Tahini's because (among other mistakes) they've all had hot sauce even though we specifically ordered it with no hot sauce. In my most recent order I don't think they did any of my customizations, including the ones that come with an upcharge. The food quality is still excellent but these mistakes have meant I am visiting...
Great customer service! They let me try a sauce before I got the wrap just to make sure that it wasn’t too spicy for me (a person with no spice tolerance..). It was unfortunately too spicy, the guy then offered me water to help.
