The French Onion Soup tasted like water. Hamburger patty was literally cold. Both sides of French Fries were extremely small portions.

Was there tonight with my friend, the MANAGER woman served us. VERY rude way. No smile, just I want that table done, next table kind of thing. Give her the lowest tip I can from the machine. We moved to the bar stools, asking for more drinks, it's my friend birthday, 9:30, Im. Not sure, let me ask my manager woman...yep you are aloud of one more drink each. We are in Orleans for a 55th birthday and we are not driving. Wow ok don't go there, the food is not really good. Band is great. Rude management unfortunately
The food is very good and the waitress on Saturday was really great. Very attentive and really quick. The beer arrived 1 minute after ordering and the food arrived 15 minutes later. Unfortunately it wasn't quite the same on another evening, so no full marks. We really liked the selection of beers.

Have been many times for drinks, but went for dinner for the first time last night. Pretty disappointed, frankly. Food mediocre at best. Everything seems to be pre-prepared frozen stuff from big restaurant suppliers.
Cauliflower "wings" were clearly packaged frozen stuff re-fried, fish n chips overcooked, two of us had burgers that were frozen patties that were charred...also topped with spring mix as replacement for lettuce. I don't mind spring mix in a salad, but not on a burger. And frozen patty burger for $22? How hard is it to make a hamburger patty...jeez.
Service was pretty meh as well. Pretty slow, not attentive, and took forever to get dishes bussed, even with server passing our table 8-10 times empty handed.
Nice spot for a drink, but I'd pass on the food. It's pretty obvious that whoever is running the kitchen doesn't care at all about food quality.

Went in today, at 2 pm. Hostess was friendly and server was nice however food and process not much of compliment. I ordered buffalo chicken wrap with fries, the chicken was OLD and cold and chewy, almost felt like chicken out of packaging from the day before. My fries were also cold and not fresh, the $2 extra for Parmesan fries is not recommended, not a good work on that. My friend has seefood and they were ok. Food came but never got asked how things were. It was my first meal of the day and it made me decide this place will not be my first choice to stop for a bite, paid the bill and tipped and left. At the end of the day is not the server's fault it's the kitchen and the management who need to get these things straight.
