I visited the Kanata location and my child was served undercooked chicken. I brought it to the staff’s attention immediately. Instead of addressing the food safety concern, I was accused of lying and was told the police would be called.
Serving undercooked poultry is a serious health risk. I have reported the incident to Ottawa Public Health and contacted management. I hope appropriate food safety and staff training measures are taken to prevent this from happening to someone...read full review
Hazeldean location out of coffee beans 2 weeks in a row. Didn’t realize there was a shortage
The person that took my order seemed cold and dismissive. I ordered a drink and toastee. I gave a healthy tip to support a new business. My toastee was ready but i had to wait another 10 minutes for my drink. My toastee started off good but after a few bites became inedible. The chicken was like leather. Physically impossible. The drink that eventually came was good. The one who made my drink was very friendly and sweet, a stark contrast from who took my order.
