Visited close to closing time and received excellent service. The bubble tea was delicious with authentic flavour. Highly recommended for great service and tasty drinks!

Usually bubble tea places have this issue where their tea is insanely sweet that I have to do 30% sugar. From this location I ordered a 50% sugar jasmine green tea that tastes like flavourless soapy water. Chicken karage was also really small and soggy, they don't even offer free sauce anymore.

The drink itself is passable, but the major issue lies with their low-quality paper straws that actually melt when used with hot milk tea. Despite encountering this problem during my first visit last month, I decided to give the store another chance. Unfortunately, they provided the same unusable straws again. This forced me to take the drink home to consume it cold, and I had to resort to using a spoon to eat the pearls and pudding since they wouldn't pass through the straws. I can’t believe that the store management doesn’t even check what they’re serving. I will never again return to the store.

My friend ordered us tealive through Uber a couple days ago. The person who dropped it off was very kind and said that she personally enjoys the food and tea there so I was excited. However, our teas tasted soapy (I don't know if all of the teas have this favour but it was 2 passionfruit teas) and a lot of the tapioca was undercooked and hard. I don't know if this was a one off experience, if I try it again maybe I'll order a different tea?
My new favourite ❤ everything is so delicious and tastes high quality. I've tried the chicken toastie sandwich and the cute little cake cups. Far better than I expected. Comfy chairs and really cozy atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids

If I can give minus stars I would.Ordered a chocolate drink and it tasted sour. When asked for a new one they asked me to pay again for their mistake for not cleaning the blender and mixing drinks. Really bad service.

Second Visit Review: Great food for fast food... I was really surprised... exceeded expectations. Lots of space... very clean...seating good...drink selection good and interesting BUT... you don't have much "normal" tea to choose... It is mostly milk and cream and sugar filled matcha concoctions. Lots of exotic calorie-packed drinks (diabetics beware). Counter staff had limited knowledge of products, but was helpful. Korean themed food... nice. Real chicken and fish (not McMeat... REAL meat!) Tried the desserts this time... for mass-produced strawberry shortcake... it was to die for (ok... I am diabetic and I get to say that joke)!Would I go back? Yeah... but only after my diabetes meds and for the fish sandwich... mmmm.Dietary restrictions: Seriously... some lovely tea drinks... but if you are diabetic... most of the selections require you to have a friend standing close by with an insulin injection.Parking: Not really any close parking and located at busy corner of Somerset St & Bronson Ave.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a 15cm "step" to get up at the entrance... not for the faint-hearted.
