I love the tea store, it is a regular in first visits with friends and catch-ups with old. The selection of teas is excellent and always a delight to try something new. As well the atmosphere! A semi quiet environment periodically filed with chatter and busy work. A wonderful place to just have a sit and chat. Highly recommend!

Matcha latte was great and priced decently, hand whisked on the spot. But, unfortunately the rest of the experience was regular for a “niche” tea store. Although the store is absolutely gorgeous, there was no greeting upon entering - it was busy but not that busy. My partner and I stood at the bar top about 10 minutes before our order was taken. I had made a whole plan about wanting to talk to the barista about exploring Matcha, it was not only my first time having a hot matcha, but my first time not making it fully myself. I had told my friends about it and was extremely excited to then purchase the matcha used in my drink. The barista did not give me any insight, knowledge or explanation on different ways to sweeten my drink like I had requested (syrups VS maple syrup VS sugars etc..), nor did she explain any alternatives I could use as my base (oat, vs almond, vs whole milk etc…). When trying to explain to her multiple times I wanted to try something NEW - and not get a matcha like I make at home everyday - she was reluctant on making anything as she was sure I would not like it, unless it was made exactly how I make it at home. Which I understand, but the whole point of this is, if a customer asks for a recommendation, it may be because they are looking for something they cannot make at home everyday, or may not have made before. She did not chat with us while making my drink, and did not chat with us at the cash. Just assumed I wouldn’t like anything she made me, laughed at our exchange, then payment and go. Did not ask me to try it for her either. *To note, she was also laughing during this entire exchange, but that may be some people’s natural tone, so I will look aside from that part.* Did not buy the matcha and left with nothing to bring back home to my everyday recipe.

Amazing atmosphere, with a huge variety of unique teas! The vibe is outstandingly wonderful, great hospitality, and the manager is always super helpful and kind hearted
I used to love coming here all the time, but ever since the two older ladies started here, the atmosphere has been terrible. They're both always rude to young people and just hostile if you ask them for anything. It's really sad because I used to enjoy coming here so much, but every time I see them working, I just want to turn around and leave.

This place became one of my most favorite spots for studying. The vibe is amazing, the staff are incredibly nice and friendly, and everything taste really good. I also highly recommend their "Ice wine" teas with their "Scones".
