I came here first around a year ago. I was new to Ottawa and this place made me feel welcomed & calm. Sadly, I can't call myself a regular yet - I'm working on it though! Browsing the Great Wall of Tea (you can't miss it when you go in) is one of the many joys of going to this place. And the blueberry lemongrass scones? Amazing. The seasonal tea selection and the staff picks? Always hits the right spot. The staff? Happy to help with great recommendations (except for the rush hours which is normal and expected). They are still lovely! It's such a cozy little spot, right behind the Byward Market next to a gelato place.
I'm actually craving a sweet treat so I might head over.
PS: You can get loose leaf from the Wall and customize a loose leaf mix too!

Looking for decaf chai i did locate some here. The price is felt was quite high. I was formerly buying g in store celestial seasonings herbal Chai. This is what I discovered. It changed its taste and the ingredients and is awful. Now im stuck buying in specialty shops. So it was a pleasant area. Very nice helpers allowed me to find what I needed quickly.

Great selection of teas. Organic selection is excellent. The aroma of the store was really relaxing and stimulating.
**However my last visit couldâve been better. Customer service was less than desirable. We both felt like we were a burden and our questions bothered her. We will be back but, hopefully this person can get it together and engage in a meaningful way**

Got amazed by the vibe itâs just very chill and nice place to take a rest under a hot shiny day! The staff was very friendly, they looked busy but still willing and happily answering my questions!

Visited this charming tea store in Oshawa and had such a refreshing experience. The taste of the tea was exceptionalârich, aromatic, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Whether youâre into classic blends or trying something more unique, thereâs a lot to choose from.
The ambience was cozy and calming, with soft music and warm decor that made it perfect for relaxing or catching up with a friend. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, happy to suggest options based on your taste. Definitely a hidden gem for tea lovers in the area!

Came here a lottttt of times but completely forgot to leave my reviews! If you ask me where to find a place that yells âsmall-town aesthetic tea storeâ, this is 100% the place. This is a cute, cozy place with good tea, has been one of my favourite places ever especially for their lovely services, the staffs are super friendly and respectful. One of the treat I love getting from the tea store is their lavender earl grey cake, super delicious and moist. Location is also great, right opposite to Byward, only that parking can be a problem if youâre coming on the weekends when the area is packed.
