I have always loved tea store. Variety of loose leaf teas and great atmosphere. Throughout years I have taken every single friend, family member and visitors to the tea store. Normally I order pot for 2 or 3 and sometimes we ask for an extra cup if there is a fourth person. Yesterday got pot for 3 and asked for an extra cup which the server refused to provide stating we needed to purchase tea cup for one! This is not acceptable. As a long time customer I am very disappointed.

Bad service. Me & my friend ended up leaving 10 minutes after we placed our order and multiple people were served before us.
It wouldn't have been a big deal if she forgot us/our order but the store was not busy and the woman behind the counter definitely saw us waiting. Just a very odd experience and when it became it clear they had not started our order nor cared to check in with us, we just went somewhere else.

My husband and I absolutely love this store! The tea is always fresh, and brewed to perfection. We go at least twice a week to share a pot for 2, and the savory scones served on the weekend are amazing. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and cozy.

I had a very bad experience the other day - the service wasn’t good, we were not taken care of and the staff was very rude to us. Teas are good but the staff felt very fake. Maybe choose another place <3
