Ten Fish

It is take out only. There is a table outside with 3 chairs, can be used in summer by few.

Tempura and Sushi was good. I don't know but there wasn't salt in tempura.

I guess it is part of someones house, and nicely converted to takeout with physical distancing available still.

We ordered, took food in may be 20 min, and ate it there in the table outside in the porch.

Not bad experience on a sunny side.

This is the best sushi in Ottawa. Ive tried most of the other sushi spots here and they dont hold a candle to the quality.

The first thing you will notice is the rice having the perfect amount of bite and consistency. The rolls have a good balance of uniqueness with simplicity.

Regarding feedback, I would love to see some more nice cuts of fish (ie. toro) but this still hits the spot everytime.

The other reviews complain about the rice. They clearly have poor taste in sushi.

This is one the best sushi spots in Ottawa. It’s run by this sweet couple who’s service is always warm and welcoming. My entire family loves the quality of the fish and how meticulously every roll is made. The rice is made to perfection. We come here for pick up atleast twice a week!

The quality/ size of the sushi, especially for the price, leaves something to be desired.

Absolutely Terrible!

We wasted $110 on sushi that was beyond disappointing. Just look at the picture of our order — this is what $110 gets you! The rolls were ridiculously small and made with the cheapest ingredients possible — nowhere near what you’d expect for that price. The salmon didn’t look fresh, and the rice was already dry. To top it off, they gave us only ONE soy sauce for the entire order, and when we politely asked for an extra, they resisted. After some back and force they gave two small extra cups. Unbelievable. If you want to waste your money, you can order here.

DISAPPOINTING!

The quality of the fish is unacceptable! We paid $110 for our order, and the sushi rolls were not only small but also made with poor-quality ingredients. To make matters worse, we requested an additional soy sauce—since we only received one for the entire order—and were refused.
This is completely unacceptable. Please contact me immediately to arrange a refund or provide a proper resolution.

We’ve ordered here many times and have never been disappointed! All items are well made and always fresh. The sashimi especially the tuna and salmon is excellent. The food quality is amazing and the owners are always friendly!

I found there's a plastic wrap piece in sushi. Rice was hard.

I really wanted to liked this place.

As a past foodie from Toronto, I will not be returning. I appreciate the interesting flavour combinations (Lotus roll, if you like olives), but the biggest turn off was the mushed salmon on top of the Orange Blossom special roll. If the owners can reply this review and provide some insight as to why it was made this way, perhaps I can change this rating.. but without an explanation, it shows me that the fish wasn’t fresh or the chefs were pinching pennies. The seared albacore on the Lotus was also quite thin.

Miso soup was average.

This place is takeout only and takes credit cards, including Amex.

Prices online were also inconsistent with my bill. All three items I got were marked up on my receipt than what I saw online. Please update your online menu.
