Unfortunately, this place was quite disappointing. Very slow and mostly uninterested service. Took a really long time to even be acknowledged for even a glass of water and no check ins after we received our food and drinks. Pizzas were just OK. We won't be back.

This evening was my second time. I had the wild boar pizza with hot honey dipping sauce. It was absolutely delicious. The young woman working seemed like she would be the owner. Very attentive and personable.
Hands down the best pizza and the best pizza dining experience in Ottawa! Trust me, I’m a husky foodie so I know pizza. This place will knock your socks off with their incredible atmosphere and even more amazing food.
I will definitely return, Hungry for More!!!

This was a real disappointing experience. The staff had a lack of empathy. They would not accommodate a stroller even after making a clear reservation. I would highly discourage people with children to come to this establishment.

I've been going to Tennessy Willems for a few years now and I just had the pleasure of introducing my eldest daughter to their pizzas as well. We of course went with the classic margarita, with chilli oil to enhance. This wood oven pizza is absolutely divine and is a cut above your average run of the mill restaurant chain pizza. The service is just as good as the pizza, with friendly helpful staff. Check out this place if you want to level up your pizza game!
Pizza that we got was pretty dry and gave our jaws some exercise. We did find that they were very shy on adding toppings which did not feel right specially when you are paying quite high for a pizza. I am sure they will read this, take constructive feedback and make adjustments because the place has lot of potential for sure.

I have been here numerous times and always enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Sadly, my latest visit was terrible. Not sure if it was a lack of staff, but it was almost empty when we arrived and we were forgotten once we were seated. My Caesar Salad had great bacon, but the wilted and dry romaine lettuce was sadly lacking. I asked for chicken that they forgot and brought halfway through my meal. Very expensive and disappointing salad for $30. Bruschetta was great and as usual, the Wild Boar pizza was excellent. Not much satisfaction for $100.

List of quality ingredients but flavor failed to deliver. Fiore di latte flavor was almost non existent - completely blocked by the Parmesan cheese stink. Try the Margarita at Jonny Farina for a example of a properly executed pizza highlighting the Fiore di latte.
