We went to trainyards Ottawa branch. I really liked the food and drink. The chef is five star and he is so so so professional in his job.

A fast food place for a quick bite of a run-of-the-mill Thai food. The good thing is that the food is served fresh and piping hot. And, moreover, the serving size is fairly ample. However, the taste of the menu items (at least of those we have tried thus far) leaves much to be desired. And lastly, I think the items are a bit on the pricey side.

I ordered a Thai Basil fried rice. It was a burnt basil fried rice. It was also extremely salty. I won't be ordering here again. I'd rather go hungry.

I’ve tried various Thai Express locations in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal and I think this location is the worst ever. Pad See Ew was really bad. I couldn’t force myself to eat it. I called the restaurant to inform them about my dissatisfaction and the restaurant staff did not take ownership. I do NOT recommend this location.
