Must say it’s gone downhill. Ordered a soup three little pieces of meat that’s it. they cut the tomatoes, the size of a Pea. They touch the cash and then serve you touching food. They don’t wash their hand at this location.. employee working the wok wearing the same gloves touching everything doesn’t change them. Very dirty filthy place.. This place needs a big improvement and a cleanup and staff to be trained.

The food here is outstanding! I confirmed with the new owner that everything on the menu is halal, which is great news. The only exception is the General Thai Beef (battered beef), which is not halal yet—but they’re currently working on it.

I have been getting food from here for quite a while but am very disappointed recently because of the protein quantity. It used to be good before but nowadays you can barely find any meat , it feels like you are just eating rice or noodles. I found it specially when I use any discount coupon, if you don’t want to maintain the same quality then why give out the coupons.

It says it closes at 2am on Tuesday, I ordered uber eats at 12:56am and it was cancelled. I waited for half an hour! So disappointing…

I’m really not one to complain, but $20 for half a bowl of barely cooked noodles with raw onion and 4 small pieces of dry chicken that tastes a week old (it wasn’t even hot). I’m really not impressed, honestly I feel like I just got scammed

This use to be one of the better Thai Express in Ottawa, but no more. Little to no meat, very little sauce, mostly raw onion and mushy slimy rice. Too disgusting and tasteless to eat. Had yellow curry and rice with chicken and Beef Pad See Ew. Asked for no onion and peppers and it was all onions and peppers. Stemmed dumplings were cold in the middle.
Dietary restrictions: Specifically asked for NO onions and peppers due to a dietary restriction. I was told neither dishes I ordered had either onion or peppers so no substitution was required. Sadly, didn’t check the order before arriving home, an hour away from the restaurant. None of the food was edible.
