Showed up at 19:35 (25 minutes before closing) and they refused to serve me. Should update hours online if they stop serving at 19:30

How do they only have 1 cook during rush hour…. You end up waiting your whole lunch break

Fried Rice was too wet and clumpy. No idea how they cook rice like that.

Pepsi was the only choice of pops for combo. If you want other pops, there will be extra. What the hell?

They see you waiting for order but do some random stuffs first then come back to serve you. I suggest at least say “hi there, be right with you” instead of make eye contact and leave.

No giving receipt. Cashier took the payment then leave. No to mention direction.

Washroom was out of order. They don’t want you to use their washroom. So they don’t fixed it.

This is one of the best locations. Always exactly as I expect. Some locations overcook or under season; this one is perfect.

Had a pad see ew at this location on Saturday night -- it was amazing. Noodles were stayed intact (cooked perfectly) and the seasoning was spot-on! Even though it's "fast food" you gotta have real wok skills to pull it off and this was the best Thai express meal I've had in ages.

Terrible food. The general Thai beef was disgusting, the beef resembles soggy freezer chicken nuggets, and the rice was cheap. The beef pad sew's beef was freezer burnt and had two leaves of vegetables. The soup also had no vegetables. What a disgusting meal for 65$.

That food was good, but there was just one thing, which is that I don't like it, that they serve the soup in the plastic bowl.

I am addicted to pad see ew and this is my local fix! They always make it really well, and the staff are very kind.

The lady who is working there was not higenic at all i found few hairs in the food... Just watch her if you buying the food from thai express

Unprofessional and very rude lady staff at the counter. Due to her ego She cancelled the order after 20 minutes of waiting. She is not at all good in customer service.Note: I contacted the below mentioned link and there is no response from your side. I think management not taking any reviews seriously.
