Didn’t expect it was that good! The Pad Thai was absolutely fine for my Asian taste buds
The service was quick, the portion was big and I couldn’t finish everything
Chose the medium spicy level, maybe I’ll try the spicier one next time

Wow… I ordered tofu with noodles while I was in a rush, and they handed me a small box. When I got home and plated it, there were just a few pieces of tofu buried under a mountain of noodles—nothing special at all.
It cost $17, and honestly, I could’ve made this bland mess myself for under $10

Got the medium spicy pad see ew with shrimp. Good amount of shrimp pieces in there and perfect spice level! Cashier guy was very nice too.

I visited a Thai express two days ago, and it was a delightful experience! From the moment I went there in the food court area of thai express , the warm ambiance and inviting decor set a perfect tone. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the meal.
I ordered Pad Thai and Green Curry, and both dishes were absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection. The spice level was just right, and the balance of herbs and ingredients really showcased authentic Thai flavors. The jasmine rice was soft and aromatic, complementing the curry beautifully.
What stood out most was the attention to detail in presentation and the genuine hospitality. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service.
Overall, I highly recommend this Thai Express to anyone looking for a satisfying and authentic dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

I visited Thai Express in rideau mall today morning , and I was genuinely impressed! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot within minutes—which is perfect if you’re looking for a quick and satisfying meal.
I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and a side of spring rolls, and both were absolutely delicious. The noodles had the perfect balance of sweet and savory, with just the right amount of spice. The veggies were crisp, and the chicken was tender and well-seasoned. The spring rolls were crispy and came with a tasty dipping sauce that complemented them perfectly.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and the service was fast even during a busy time. The place was clean and organized, and the portion sizes were generous for the price.
Overall, Thai Express delivered exactly what I was craving—quick, tasty Thai food with great service. I’ll definitely be going back soon!

I went at 11:30 am and my beef fried rice with pineapple, extra spicy was exactly as good as it used to be at their former World Exchange location pre-pandemic. I’m a very happy customer and my sinuses cleared :)

Under cooked chicken, 2 small pieces when I ordered extra, no spice. I generally enjoy Thai express, and this is the worst I have ever been too. Do not reccomded
We did not receive the pop we ordered. $9 for 2 soft drinks. I will be calling in the morning. Total crap. And!! No cutlery?!!! Ridiculous

There's nothing like fresh cooked food so I decided on Chicken Pad Thai in the Rideau Centre food court. I didn't have to wait very long, service was professional, and food was great. At first the little box didn't seem like much food but that box was jam packed. I couldn't eat everything...and that's saying something.

CASHIER HAS NO MANNERS! SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UN-PROFESSIONAL. Moreover, found a long strand of black hair in my pad thai today! DiSGUSTING!!!! Do not buy anything from this location. The co-workers do not wear hair net covers, and they appear to be very unhygienic!

Unfortunately the place stank on my last visit, as well as my food and utensils. Additionally, the shrimp in my soup still had the tail. Quick service though

I love the general Thai with pineapple mild with thin noodles. It's sooo good when I'm uptown. Even the other places across the city are also good as well.
